I lived here between 1980 and 2010. But I was there in 2012, 2014, 2018, 2023 because of a change of subtenant. This is the M3 line. If you are visiting Budapest again, I recommend the new M4 metro subway cars, which are guided by the robot. Especially Gellert Square.
I think I have already visited the complete M4 line, but I will probably make another trip to Budapest anyway because a few of the M3 stations were closed for renovation when I was there in 2020 and 2022. 🙂
There are a few, but at the moment the only other station that comes to mind right now is Herne Mitte on the Stadtbahn Bochum (I haven't posted the video yet). It's certainly more common at stations that are at surface level, for example West Harrow in London.
