I've been going through some difficult times recently and this song came along for me at the perfect time. Some days I really struggle to cope with the many stresses, worries and pressures in my life plus my mental illness can really take over and run the show. Keep your head up and your stick on the ice Micheal. Things to get better, the fact that you spoke about your battles is a positive in its own way. I’ve been on and off the wagon a few times, also faced my mental illness head on, and it gets better. Been sober for almost two years now, have been a paraplegic for just over 3, and at that point in my life I was in a very dark place but putting on the fake smile every day. It all came to a head and I am now in a chair for the rest of my life, but…I am still alive and I am here for my two little girls. Keep going strong buddy. 🤜🤛

Just came across this band, really digging this song. I use to drink my stress, fears, anxiety, and well basically everything away.
