- Galapagos islands, what an unique place ! Ericka, Rafael and I have seen how beautiful, rich in biodiversity and totally unique these islands are, but also how threatened this whole ecosystem is.
During our trip we follow scientists on two of their missions. The first is a study of the amount of plastic found on completely pristine islands, and the second is a study of the habits of sea turtles.
This film takes you to the heart of a unique terrestrial and underwater fauna. But a fauna endangered by our bad habits as human beings.

You have definitely put out the best episodes of the Corona series so far! The message is so important and so sad to see the plastic reaches the uninhabited places in Galapagos. We really hope this episode brings more awareness, especially to the plastic fabric industry where it all starts..!

I always think about this problem, and how we can solve it. The only way I see is to push governments in all the countries to use ecologic plastic alternatives and recycle the rest. Also I think we need to have high penalties for throwing away the plastic out of the places where you can do it. Many people really don't care about ecology, but do care about how much money they have in their wallets. Or even better make them go and clean those polluted places, where they can see everything by themselves.

Humans and people has to wake up, so thier part. But unfortunately there are too many who just don’t care and just live in the days. Hope people will wake up and be more aware, plastic should be banned and just came mostly for maximizing income for the Industrie.
