Getting the Canis Bodhi (Trevor's truck) was a nightmare for me. As far as I know, there's only one mission where it spawns (and you can keep it). It was a document forgery office resupply mission, took me like 60 tries to get that particular mission.
Getting the Seawash Green Tornado is very difficult , but without a doubt the rarest and hardest car to get is the Lime Green with black stripe Gauntlet !!!
Good teammate you have to help you get the seawash green one. Been hunting it solo and it's been a nightmare. You did miss 1 vehicle that I know of that would fit inro your surfer collection and I know exactly where it spawns. Basically it's a surfer with a roofrack and surfboard. Spawns at the airport LS customs on the beach beside it. I got super unlucky as the day I decided to hunt for a lifeguard granger was the day the bounty hunter dlc was added... The one that made it impossible to store anymore.
The green buccaneer you got in this one (and I think all of the unaffiliated gang cars) are different because they are matte colors, but with a pearlescent. And LOL I ended up getting four of the seawash green tornados so I could have all the variants - Bennys, plain rusty, hotrod and classic. Fun vid, I love collecting the rare spawns!
U can glitch away the truck-bed completely from the Ratloader and make an absolute rat build (like I did). Spoiler alert: the frame has no collision-model/hitbox only the axle and the wheels.
Those rusted tornado's have a unique finish if upgraded to the custom's as long as you dont respray it, that seawash green gives an unobtainable color in game.

Edit2: A trick you can use is buying a cheap garage or house with garage, get the vehicle there, then it will become your main vehicle, then press M, arrow up 3-4 times to get to the settings, then change your spawn location, then press Esc until you see the map, go to Online, Join New Session, and select new session with friends, and you will spawn where you selected as your spawn point, then you can leave the building, use the M menu to go to vehicles and call your last-used car, then get it into the garage you spawned in, then set your spawn back to where you want to move the vehicles from, join a new session with friends, and respawn there, and you can leave the garage with it and then spawn again where you want to move it, and so on and so forth, until you moved all vehicles. That's also the only fast-travel method which works reliably and doesn't require a lot of in-game money to buy an expensive vehicle.
I like the two player car spawning to get all the worn colors for the tornados, surfers, bf injection, emperor and voodoo’s. I merged all those colors onto clean versions of those cars. The tornado colors were put onto the hardtop version of the tornado.

A lot of the ruaty ones are easy to get with a friend, you just park them at the airport and have your buddy watch it, which forces the next in the spawn cycle to spawn.
The Lifeguard Suv CAN be stored.... you need a MOC or Avenger to enable options. I think you can take it to customs to just put the insurance and tracker on it... but the moc/Avenger allows mods.
Kind of surprised no one has mentioned the clean Karin Rebels you can find on the beach due west of the altruist camp. Aside from being rust-free, you can get them with body mods such as roll bars with lights & brush guards that you can't buy at LS customs. Also, it's a minor one, but the only way to have a Futo w/o a spoiler is to find it in the wild, and if you ever mod it to something else, the "default" goes back to a deck lid spoiler
Ok , there is a lot of rusty cars you missed (i can go over them if you want) , there are 6 tornadoea that spawn in the city , 3 hardtop , 3 softop , 2 spawn in a gold colour , 2 spawn in a cream colour and 2 spawn in a greenish colour There are 6 very rare bravado Gauntletts that spawn at the casino, a red pearlescent one and a matte red with an orange strip down the middle (easy in the correct conditions, then a pearlescent light green with a black stripe down the middle , a matte orange one and a bright yellow one ( these are pretty hard , the yellow being the hardest allegedly but i found the green to be the hardest , and the hardest one being a black gauntlet with an orange stripe down the middle There are also bikes that spawn around the maze bank tower , down to the dealership and around all that area that are coloured and have coloured wheels , these are very hard to get and i have only found 1 There are several different surfers that spawn down near the LSC near the airport

idk if you noticed but the vagos peyote has different style interior i think it was only in ps3 and 360 though used to sell them for 13-15,000 back in the day
to get the Lifeguard for {free}- ish you have to take it to LS customs near LSIA then get insurance on it there for $225,000. You can also get the green and yellow versions of the rat loade in Paleto bay in front of LS customs in the morning between 7am to 9 am. I can give you tips on how and where and what times to find all the rare vehicles in GTA 5.
i went for Mariachi Tornado today, but on the way exiting park, i found Park Ranger Granger. now for someone playing on PC, seeing it is a rarity. it is VERY rare. even more, considering WE CANNOT OWN IT, thanks Rockstar for all the love, but i don't think that vehicle is worth full price of ps5 and another copy of gta v :p so i decided to leave my Mariachi i had to die for, which almost blew cuz heli fall 2 seconds away from it. got into Ranger, tried to get in Avenger, no luck. went all the way to LS, tried to enter office, no luck. tried to enter normal garages, no luck. and when i was on the brink of giving up my rare prize, i reminded myself "hold up, agency holds PD cars" and tried there. NO. LUCK. so i spent like a good 30 minutes trying to save this one and only Ranger i had very slim luck of getting, only to be met with cold fist of Rockstar slapping my face. i still am happy i found it. i really wish i could keep it. just this one...
I was selling my bunker at the dock with the truck and trailer mission when I found the super rare dock tug truck. Sadly I couldnt keep it but I will definitely remember that for a while
There’s 2 really rare voodoo’s that soawn in sandy. Both are a weird gold cokor but I have both of them. I don’t think anyone actually knows about them tho
For reference I had to have a friend stand at the train bridge in sandy and I’d steal voodoos from a house and drop them off with hun so they wouldn’t deplane. They were the last 2 voodoos to spawn so it takes a bit but I could help out with getting rhem
There is actually 2 rare green rusty tornados. One is a true sea wash green when you take it to bennys and the other is a pastel green. To be honest there is more than 2 green ones but 2 are super rare. I have looked forever and never found the true sea wash green one
Did they patch the Lifeguard? I stole both variants off the beach during the flare setup for the cargo ship robbery just a couple months ago! Was able to put them in a garage (have a whole garage dedicated to emergency vehicles) and modify them in my MOC.

You can put lifeguard grangers in your autoshop or ls customs, just put a tracker in to be safe before you add to your autoshop

There are different levels of patina, however they will all be the same once you put them in your garage and take them out.
The lifeguard van can be modified inside of the moc that's how I got mine
