Gary Oliver is such an anointed servant. Beautiful voice !!!! I remember many Friday nights watching him on TBN and just praising the Lord with him! When he lost his son in a car wreck i was amazed at his strength ! In 2003 my 35 year old daughter passed away after suffering a heart attack. It was then I understood ..... My faith brought me through. Today I stand on solid that "Solid Rock" and hold my head ever towards my Saviour. Praise His holy Name!
Hello. Do you happen to know in which way he was connected to Carman? I am Scandinavian and didn't have the chance to follow what happened in America that time. Did they tour together or something? Or is it done the studio of/with Carman? 🦅🌍🍃
@@RestoreTheBody They all were connected: Carlton Pearson•Carman•Gary Oliver. Carman met Carlton Pearson because he admired him and wanted to work with him and went to HD to meet with him. He was determined not to leave the office until he saw him. He literally sat there until the office was closing and Carlton came out and said: “You’re still here?” Gary was in music ministry there and they crossed paths that way. They all worked together over the years until Carlton left “sound doctrine” As well as the Christian network TBN also played a role in a lot of artists coming together.
@@IamHzwyfee Ok. Nice. I brought Holy,Holy, Holy(G.Oliver)and welcome into this place to Oslo in our worship choir in the beginning of the nineties. That's how those songs got into scandinavian churches and songbooks, also translated. (And it's so funny to listen Leeland pick up the groove of holy in his song "still mighty", but that's another story 🙂)
These 2 CD's had a great impact on my life back in the 90's....think I sang every song on both tracks at World Harvest Bible Institute back then...Wow...those were the days!
My experience goes back to having them on two cassettes! I still have them! Played them so much on long road trips until my children occasionally mention the songs to this day. Years later, one son talked about "sampling" certain portions of Higher Dimensions songs when producing beats because the musical strains were still playing in his head. 🙂 The impact of those two strong worship albums is powerful and has long-lasting effects!
I saw this beautiful song performed live, and even after all these years, I still get goose bumps and want to just stop and offer up praise and worship!
Gary ministered on Long Island for 1 yr. in a church in Centereach back in the 80's. This is one of the songs he ministered with a lot. Thanx for posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Wow! This song takes me back to when I was 12 years old and our church had prayer meetings before service. Someone would always play this song during prayer time. Takes you right into the presence of the Lord! love it and thanks for posting this. God bless you! :)
Praise God for this amazing gift. I was introduced to this gift while attending ORU and Higher Dimensions in Tulsa. Pastor Gary was such a blessing thru the ministry of music
Yes he has. Tabernacle of Praise is no joke.. They rock!!!And we ( I) call him Bishop now..isn't it amazing how far God has brought this truly talented man of God??
@The022450 actually the song was written by Orlando Juarez! he was our praise and worship leader at Grace Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma! :) But yes, Gary Oliver does perform this :) God Bless!
Could someone please upload to U-tube the song from Gary Oliver's self titled album of 1995 the son Resting Place. It's the same album with dance shout, we need fresh oil and Spirit of the Lord divine. please, please, do this for me and other music listeners. Thanks in advance
