You know what's crazy? When I was playing in about 2016-17, Riven was one of the most popular toplaners and there were lots of sick Riven players. Now, I barely see any Riven and Alois is pretty much the only high elo Riven player that I know and he is absolutely smashing solo Q in Korea.
Why would you play riven when you can play skarner top, you get punished less and you have the game in easy mode. Also azhy is a pretty high elo korean riven but he doesn't stream much as twitch left korea.

I quit League years ago, found Azzapp through shorts, and consequently found you, now even though I don't like to play this game anymore (I love League, but I'm not fit for competitive games, though still play some wild rift custom vs bots), I still watch you guys, you're both mature and super chill, no unnecessary screaming and raging... I used to watch Dopa as well since he was the guy who actually inspired me to play TF and get better at the game back in the day, but he's in the Korean army now and will only be back in Febuary 2025 :/
Also, props to your editor, consistently good 30 minute long videos, love the inclusion of more than 1 match per video and that the titles are some crap like "INSANE RIVEN BUILD WILL TAKE OVER KOREA, ABUSE IT BEFORE RIOT NERF" (and when you watch it's just the usual build with 1 different item you bought 30 seconds before the game is over and you never do it again because it's actually ass)
After watching all the tilitng no teams vids, this video feels like a blessing

Nowadays tanks only buy trash items, that means they often have a lot of HP and little to no armour. If you can't beat them: join them. Death's dance, eclipse or hell even that fake sunderer would have worked against him into mid-game. Also noteworthy is your cdr soft/mid/hardcap in resonance with his cc chains. If you're cced, what use do you have for cdr? You weren't able to dodge his CCs, or had to play around them at least so the black cleaver ability haste didn't give you enough of an edge.
Against bad tanks you can often get away with lethality as well if they only softcap their armour with bad itemization. Hubris or yomuus are decent if you roam like you did in this game.

The Lillia part is funny to me because I always experience the opposite, absolute master class on how to 1v9 ruin a game with no chance of the team carrying them, next game I'm super excited to see the worst player in the world on enemy team, just for my (usually) bot lane to somehow transcend space and time and lose to them.
So how close/ far is he from spot #1? I see that his winrate dropped from 68% to 64%, but doesnt that just mean he is still climbing?

She has only 4 dashes which are actually small compared to other dashes in the game and she has ultra high cooldowns. And only 1 of her dashes can cross walls. She's fair compared to yone

Its so funny to see Riven mains flip out when they cant delete the enemy with one combo. Riven has 3 poke skills, which end on a area stun (this combo can be prepared to insta refresh), she has another area stun, a dash, a shield and the ult not only improves all those skills, but can be recast for a massive burst. (All of this costs zero mana)
