@@lifewithphoenix7972 I think it’s fair to say you will have to alter your workout routine slightly!! I workout 3-4x a week.. when I get a silk press I focus more on strength training, HIIT Pilates vs running and HOT Pilates. It’s not perfect but it works and I don’t stop my workouts
I work out heavy I do pin curls
Or the criss cross method towards the back and silk scarf. But under the silk scarf wear a swear band or something light and tie it tight. I wud have to do a video. Then when I get home I don’t take it out for 1 hour. It just is what it is , this method she posted doesn’t work because my roots always revert in the middle. And so with the pin curls I do it with bobby pins the tie my head reeeaaallly tight then add that extra tiny scarf for my edges. And again don’t take it out for an hour.
