I didn't get the radio show back when I was younger, so my first foray into Stern interviewing Richard was on the old channel 9 show when Stern had the food on a fishing line and he kept waving it in front of him 🤣🤣
Thank goodness for UA-cam as a catalogue to preserve the Show when it was worth listening to! Who could have ever predicted this show would be as shitty as it is now or that Howard would have sold out to the extent that he has?
there is a part in this (about 1:30 in) similar to that classic scene from "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" where Michael Palin as a castle lord prevents his son (Terry Jones) from singing.
Remember back when Stern was real and fun. The fact that Hillary clinton didn't view an interview as a risk to her calculated image proves how much the show has soured
Hilary was also on SNL, tho. There are plenty of pols who have been on popular comedy-oriented shows. Bill Clinton was on Arsenio's show during his 1992 campaign, and he actually won.
There are straight men who have high voices .i dated one and he was very much a man.. Richard never outed himself .He didnt have to .The world did that for .for him
This is fairly entertaining. I mean granite, it isn’t as funny as the show is now in 2020. But as an archival segment, it’s still interesting to listen to these old bits from Howard when he was still sort of figuring out his act. It’s not as funny as the current show but it’s still cool to listen to. I mean nothing can compare to the show now because Howard is so funny and witty and not afraid to say anything and he doesn’t hold back he is just so raw and honest and funny in the current 2020 version of the show. ....NOT!!!!!!!!
