Tea Farming in Wazuka, Kyoto, Japan

We travel to the hills of Wazuka to spend some time with Yohei Tanaka, an eighth generation tea farmer steeped in the deep traditions of his craft. We also meet Haruka Hori and take a look at her experimental field where she conducts research into fertilizers specialised for cultivation.
