@@askpraise Hey Praise - despite housing in Uganda being way over priced compared to places like here in Canada/USA etc... even in neighboring Kenya, I will buy next year because Uganda is home. Please give the developers this feedback - install sod grass in all common areas where there's grass - it is available in Kenya - current grass is so unsightly. I am sure for what they are asking, they can afford it. Otherwise due to your professional videography, reporting and attention to detail I will also use your services in future African projects in the not so distant future. Thanks.

Okey here is the thing, in the states 🇺🇲, when you have a good credit history u can purchase a house mortgage, and pay per month ,1000$ ,u can pay upto 4 years or 7,8 9 ,10 years. I'm wondering if u could do the same thing here, that will be awesome, but is gona afford the 10k$ per month or the 3k$ unless your target is only rich gang
the monthly fees have chased me away, atleast could be a year but everymonth dem, even 99 yrs even if its renewable. to hell withe villas. i will build mine in the village.

Sounds like you don't want to live in Uganda, so don't. Doesn't mean others can't freely choose to do so.
These houses are actually buyable. Just depends on your networth. This is not alot of money

But the prices are just too wild, something developers haven't aced in ug. Because those are houses for people with at least a million dollars on their account
I agree this is way too expensive and honestly the finishing is just standard. Am not seeing a wow factor with that pricing.. Though am in kenya so might be different in Uganda
@@emilyatieno7924 yeah, I know houses in Kira built for less with better finishing, solar panels and a pool too. So really they are just wild prices.

It's all not worthy too expensive yet the buildings are very poor too cheap
There's a few factors why the charge like this , the main factor is location ,
Further more when there's more demand for housing , more buyers will be in the market for homes, which drives up prices.
So expensive.....with this price you almost can buy a house in England with less monthly payments average £500.
I agree the issue is caused by not having a fully regulated Housing Market. This makes it difficult to obtain low interest loans like you have in most developed Countries.
