Hi atay , hope you are doing good , my wife applied for me spousal visa same by paper work , i have given biometric on 20 feb 2024 and still no biometric results and no medical date came. I asked my lawyer he says we need to wait is it make sense ?

We did ours in 9 month with a lot of screwups from Makati embassy and St Lukes last year

​@@sarahbuyucan well they saw a white spot in her lungs March 2022 and did not advise her to go see the doctors or give her Athromycin for a non-tuberculous mycobacteria and they said twice we did not provide a NBI and we proved them wrong and twice they refused a visit stating I did not make enough money as a Government IT worker to sponsor my wife for a visit during the PR process and twice it got it overturned by special ways as I provided affidavit signed by the RCMP that forced me too email the senior staff in Makati embassy repeatedly to get what I wanted
