It's the same way though if you don't get enough money then you put out your money for the materials and you've paid your guys the labor and then the customer wants not to pay you even though you did a great job and nothing's wrong with the home then you've got to take them to court and fight and you're out all this money so it works both ways you want them to trust you you want to be able to trust them I never do a job without getting money down it's not half but it's not $1,000 either it's usually 30% up front
