Aap khud decision le bache ki health ke hisab se. Isme age ka koi fix nahi hota ki kis age group ko problem hoti h. Har kisi ki apni body h or wo alag alag jagah pe alag tarah se react karti h. Main khud 1 saal ke bache ko leke gaya tha koi dikkat nahi hui or kai bar 20/25 saal ke logon ko bhi dikkat ho jati h. To aap soch samajhkar decision le.
