I worked in a similar setting in finance where we would have new staff act like Gabe. Our CFO would usually step in and tell them to watch their tone and things like that shouldnt be said unless coming from her. In this pod gabe was talking like he was CEO. If I was Kyle i would of stepped in and told gabe only he is aloud to talk like that to other staff. If not then severence package and peace out dude.

Yo I loved salims energy, he’s never really calling anyone out like that . I think you can see the tension between everyone, Gabe def feels like he has gained too much confidence and likes to put people in check when it is unnecessary because he used to be so kind.

And part of that is doing your job. Steve might not care as much since he’s an alcoholic but you can tell that Kyle is a bit less chill because he cares about his brand.
