Roy D Mercer: Well how big a boy are ya?
Will: Glock 34, concealed.
Excellent choices, men.
Haha hell yeah. Thank you brother
Good ol Roy! Haven’t heard that name in a long time but those were good times 😂
Love the looks of that G45....worn metal gives a gun character.
Dude 100%
This is the way braddah
I’ve carried Glocks, Sig, Walther, HK, FN but I shoot my CZ P01 the best so thats my EDC.
P-01 is amazing. Been proven to be even MORE reliable than a Glock in Nato testing. Worldwide, the CZ75 platform has been issued to military/law enforcement than any other gun
Look at performance on the 124gr Gold Dots, every reviewer I have seen that compares the +P and the non +P all say the performance of the +P is not much better than the non +P if at all, however they have noticeably more recoil. in my personal testing I have found the same. I prefer to carry the standard 124 Dots. Just my 2 cents.
good insight my brother!
Was hoping you guys would put out a video like this.
Thanks for watching!
Not a single holster available for what I CCW from Ford, no Glock 34, Walter, or Staccato (Bul Armory). Looks like it's still going to be a Utah company for me tier 1 concealed. Or LAS concealment.
Those are good back up options for sure. I think forgot to put in their website that the 34 can fit inside the 17-49. I would message them if your still interested. Fords holsters are so good for me
Does Ford make an OWB? I live in OK where "printing" is acceptable and i prefer OWB
Yes sir. Check out this video. It’s fire.
ua-cam.com/video/4d6wS7pa-_U/v-deo.htmlsi=QvzV-BP2QAY4FCUt
Also they have one that hugs the hip. If that’s what you are looking for check the show notes!
Two things! Why I’m working on my midsection?
1. More comfortable AIWB
2. I’ll do more dry fire on video like Dev! Reps baby! 😂
Training is what matters brother!!
Now gotta get me a Holster 🤙🤙🤙!!!!!
Damn right you do for the sim Glocks! lol
Let’s make it happen! 💪
@@tacticalcowboy01I don’t own sim Glocks 😂 !!!!!
@@FordholstercompanyI do need one for a Glock 45 🤙🤙🤙!!!!!
There is a difference between a full-blown fighting pistol and a concealed carry pistol, and we seem to have forgotten that. You’re not getting ready to jump into Falluja. You are looking to defend yourself most likely against someone with nobody armor no skills and no idea you’re caring unless you’re wearing your tactical Tommy clothing, giving away your biggest advantage and that is surprise.
Agreed. That’s why I carry a J frame or two.
The gun is just a tool, but why not have the most capable tool that you can? A few summers ago, our country had areas that looked a lot like 3rd world cities, I would rather have a combat pistol with me, that is also concealable, versus something with less capacity and capability.
Have you seen the threats that are out there these days? Just look up gas station robberies.
It’s not the size of the gun but the sound of the bang 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💪🏾💪🏾
Love the GLOCKS❤
Im a glock guy for 12 years.... but....Czp10 stole my heart and I never looked back ❤
Serious question, what is the benefit of a light on a pistol? I mean how much are you really gonna use it? Seems people just putting them on to make the gun look 'cooler'.
I like it so I can see stuff when it's dark! simple as that brother!
@tacticalcowboy01 I get that bro, I have em on all my pistols, but I never have had to use them. Is it practical, unless you're in law enforcement or military?
@@breeze7863I would say so brother! Just never know!
While extremely rare, I think about things like the Aurora movie theater shooting and the recent movie theater stabbing that happened.
My EDC gun is a G45 and it’s my do-everything pistol (EDC, nightstand, SHTF). As such, having a light on it is just convenient. With a properly-sized light (e.g., TLR-7A), the light doesn’t make the gun any more uncomfortable when carrying concealed.
Basically, I can’t think of a single downside of carrying a WML while EDCing.
I like a light on every firearm I own. The light. Like the gun itself. Is a tool that you are better off having and not needing. Than needing and not having.
This comment section is peak cringe lord.
Where do these people come from? Dude says brother like hiulk hogan.
Hell yeah brother
It's great so see instructors and UA-camrs using Glock. "It's a hand gun!"
Law enforcement and military have been concealing the Glock 26 19 17 for 30 years for a reason they are fighting gun! Thanks for sharing!
It has served us well!
And to think someone told me " why would I limit myself to the best of the 90's.... Smh
@@mattmargerum9618 at the end of the day, if you shoot that thing the best, it works, and its reliable, everything else is a moot point. I have a real nice fnx 45 tactical that i do good with and carry, but damn i can shoot my g19 in TIIIIIIGHHHHHTTTT groups
Meh, glocks are okay. My edc sw mp 2.0 compact 3.6
EDC g45 with optic and ram jet after burner match made heaven
Great set up!
I second that
People try to clown glocks. But it’s been the king of carry pistols for a long time. FOR A REASON.
Truth!
I don’t think people clown Glock, we clown, the fanboys who think it’s the only gun that works and we’re still in the 80s
I always hated glocks! I carried a Shield and a PX4 Storm. I shot my friend’s Gen 5 43x. Now, That’s my new daily carry. Changed out the trigger to an Apex, and it shoots beautifully!
Gen 5 converted me! I also just got the Gen 5 19X MOS. That’s a sexy Gun!
500 rounds through each already and NO failures!
@bluebeastsrt And what reason is that?
The 19x isnt a gen 5 @@nautic_knight
Do you have a link to those iron sights on the first glock 19?
I do not but google has all the info you need brother
Top Shot Dustin is a hoot and gave a great review on those sights, it’s fun to see a UA-camr being influenced by another UA-camr. Love your long form videos like this brother! Keep up the great work!
Yes sir thats who I saw it from!
Where did these dorks come from
Oh wouldn't you like to know!
Let’s go! Lookin good. Love to see it 🔦🦍
Thanks brotha!
Suprised to see no red dot for you Devin. I like it.
Gotta master both brother! Thanks for the comment!
QVO tactical more discrete holster.
Not nearly as cool though! haha
My first Glock was 23 gen 5. I love it. Loved it so much I got a G19 gen 3, so now I alternate carrying the 2. Also The scenario is next level, I recently just started incorporating some of your drills in my training and I'm becoming a way better shooter now. Training at least twice a week
Love to hear this brother! Keep it up. Never stop improving. If you have us on IG tag us!
Hey brother, what is the point in rotating your carry gun? They are the exact same size guns and one has less capacity.
@@HWG-wm8ld well for one, I have shot my .40 so much, I’m able to control it just as good, as my .9. But to be completely honest, there’s is no real reason why I switch. Although, I can assure you that I am very efficient with both firearms. I train with all my weapons to strive for perfection and retain the muscle memory
Outstanding content gentlemen!
Thank you very much for the support brother
Thankyou very brah
Own those teeth, Devin
Oh they are owned!
All for everyone carrying what they're comfortable with. With that said, im all for something like the tlr7a/x for edc. If we're talking self defense scenario, you wont need your light to shoot out to 200 yards. Tactically/duty, maybe. But edc? I don't think the size of the light makes sense to carry everyday
i run a glock 20 all rowlanded out lol
Not a bad option!
For your gen 5 G19 do you choose the glock 19 with the tlr1. What im trying to say does the Surefire X300T fit with the tlr1 holster choice or no from Ford
G26/23👑 are the only two you’ll ever need can edc both but never RDs on pistols especially .40s (ameriglo caps 👑), you only need a full size for .45/10mm just get tossed a 15 mid fight last mag G19x/45/17 🧟♂️🥷🚘🔫😒🤭,however the 2.0 MP40 3.6 compact/MP9 3.6 SubC kick’s the G26/23 ass all day especially in .40 plus the MP 3.6’s fit tlr1/7 holsters Scotty don’t G26/27🍫😂
I'm glad people like you are still out there. 🇺🇸💪
@@IdahoSnek 🫡tryna keep em armed and practical cause it’s coming folks need to be making systems and training way too many gucci glocks n dots 🤣 and ARP shoots it all 556/762/300 just leave lowers spec/oem swap tops, can always run 16/10.5 556 and keep 10.5 762/10.5 300 🤫uppers in 🎒cause a Ak is a Ak 🤣
I personally like modlite better. my surefire is tough but modulate beam is much stronger IMO

Good for you brother which did you get?
@@tacticalcowboy01got the IWB for a 365XL and TLR7 sub in multicam.
@@michaelwilson6742 That will be nice
Good for you brah. There stuff is good quality. You wont regret it
But does your Glock have a martyrdom feature equipped like my p320. I don't think so
haha potentially not
Despite being a Sig P320 fan-old-man. My first recommendation to anyone new to shooting is a stock Glock. Unless they already know they want an SAO like a 1911 or a DA/SA like a Sig P220, I tell them to start with a stock Glock. If they are going to start shooting with a striker fired gun then they should start with a Glock. Once they learn it, then move on. If they already have an idea that they want to start with an SAO or DA/SA, then I tell them to stay away from Glocks or any other striker fire gun and learn, train, and practice on the platform you believe you want to use. I am a really big believer in becoming an expert in one platform and then go on to be an okay shooter in other platforms. That is simply my opinion, be kind.
Before I go any further, let me put something out there. I was in law enforcement for over 45 years, but my first personal semi-auto pistol was a G26 that I bought in 2009 after three teenage druggies broke into our house. Despite my LEO background, I am pretty sure that each of you have done more shooting in the last six months than I have done in my entire life, and I am 70.
Now, with all that said, let’s move on. The No. 1 piece of advice that most Glock users give is to change the stock Glock sights as soon as you can, which I have done. My G19 has Trijicon Suppressor Height Sights and my G26 is running Truglo TFX Pros. Both are great sights. I am a huge red dot sight (RDS) fan. Out of all my semi-auto handguns only three are not running RDS and that is simply because the guns predate RDS. Despite being a huge RDS fan, there is no way on this planet I am running any RDS gun without also running irons. Batteries will fail. The omiter can be obscured by really bad rain, dirt, etc. Not only do I run irons, I routinely practice with irons. I am a big fan of redundancy whenever I can get it.
Let’s talk about Issac’s use of a Timney trigger in his carry gun. I have the same trigger in my G26. I have tested it several times and over five (5) pulls it consistently breaks at 2 lbs, 11.4 ozs. The Timney trigger is a competition trigger. I have been severely chastised more than once for putting a competition trigger in a possible carry gun. What are people saying about Issac using a competition trigger in a carry gun or hasn’t anyone noticed?
Gentlemen, it was an interesting video, but I was surprised by Will not fixing his iron sights and by Issac running a competition trigger in a carry gun. Will did not escape someone commenting on his lack of a front sight.
bros armed to the teeth
he he he
good content, brother(s). I use irons on the glock as well, red dot on the sig tho.
Thanks for watching!
Best of both worlds
I was just taking a peek at the Ford Holster website. Are you running their standard clip on the holster in this video?
Correct, I believe its called the mono block/standard option
Yessir! The DCC Monoblock is definitely the way to go

I was looking on fords website and they don’t have a IWB holster for the standard P365 with the manual safety also I can’t seem to find a holster that’s good for me. I want a holster where my gun sits to the end of the holster I don’t want the holster to have a inch of extra kydex cuz I want it to be small as possible like the p365 is so if ford holsters work for the standard p365 with or without the manual safety someone let me know.
Belts?
Tune in next time!
Wow, for a minute I thought the guy in the cowboy hat was Walton Goggins...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You don’t need sights on a self defense pistol. All that extra BS on you carry gun is hyped marketing propaganda.
