Jordan threw the Trivia Challenge. He almost said Cheyenne. Laurel is really, really pissing me off. I hate when she controls the game. Her hateful arrogance is so annoying. She is the most horrible person when she wins. She has no sportmanship and she likes to poke people. Going after Darrell & Emily.

After Aneesa officially got voted in she stopped giving a fuck and she felt genuine. Aneesa is def not my favorite but you gotta give her credit for that elimination.

Just give Derrick his credit. Production doesn't want him to win but he but he keeps winning. So they have to edit around it.

TJ said that what ever pegs you have caught with the ball, count. No where did he say they have to be in the hole to count. This is where the mix up is. Derrick knocked down a few pegs after he dove for the ball. Production helped put them back on the board given they already counted. At the end, Horacio may have looked like he won until production reviewed the tape and the top right peg for Derrick was already filled and they forgot to put it back on for him, which means Derrick had 40 before Horacio.
According to posts from Nurys on X, the rule was all pegs had to be in the board at the end, and Derrick was missing one of his. She says production lied and helped Derrick win so Era 1 wouldn't lose another player.

And MTV wants Era 4 to do well - they're so desperate for new champions that they named a whole season after it. They didn't want Horacio to go home, he just lost.

I just found it, the peg is on the board, if you record the shows like I do, go to where Horacio says check and the camars switch to Derrick and his board, yes the peg is missing from the top right hole on the board, but look at the next row down , the peg has fallen right there between peg 8& 9. So it's on the board. Derrick wins !!!
I for once and probably the only time actually felt bad for Aneesa. She definitely battled and probably should have won while Jenny was gassed. I think she should just retire now. Probably all of era 1 should retire from the flagship after this season.

The amount of hate you guys give Anessa is insane. I respect her for coming on the pod and being respectful.
The reason everyone is always hating on her is because through the challenges she kept letting herself go. These challenges are about endurance and athletic abilities and you need to be fit to win the big money. Yes the popular older contestants also get paid to be on the show as it's also a reality show. But most everyone that enters the contest is doing so to win the big jackpot. As they are gone for 4 months across the world away from family and their lives. So when others work hard to be in shape to try their best to win, then aneesa comes along. Out of shape, can't run. Can't climb ,can't swim fast, not good at trivia or math or puzzles. Yet someone gets stuck with her. It passes people off, because they know they can't win with her. She's dragged along . And that's not fair to the people that gets saddled with her. Her popularity from public gets her a vote on the show, so she gets a large check just to show up on the show. But people need to stop that and maybe ask her to get a podcast or something if people want to see her. That way she can just sit and talk.
I don't know why people are so scared of Laurel. I would have dog-walked her verbally after she brought up my marriage and brought up at least I didn't get cheated on at a wedding. I would've hurt her feelings.
Jeopardy Trivia. Liked the point system. Liked that is was all Challenge History.
Such a better format than putting a strike on a rival if you get a question right. That format allowed too many gang up situations.
How can Jordan NOT know Cara is the first solo winner of The Challenge? Is this how much he disrespects her ability in the game? The reason I say this is that TJ has introduced Cara Maria several times as the Challenges first solo winner.
I said wes at first too. And I know EVERYTHING about this show. The wording confused me I think.

Probably thought it was a trick question because of the wording, and technically Wes could be considered the right answer.
derrick did have all 40 pegs on the board but the last one wasnt in the peg hole. it was like stacked on top of the others. u can see it if u pause it pretty clearly. idk why there is this conspiracy that production wanted Derrick to win. they wouldve wanted Horacio like be so fr. hope u correct this in your next video
It's not because Horacio's hot that ppl like him it's because he's an actual competitor and not a sheep like most of them are. Did we forget last season how it was Horacio and Kyland against the whole cast. For being a huge physical threat, he's actually an underdog, a likeable underdog. Production helping out Derrick to win over Horacio, it doesn't really make sense - new era person that's popular and helps carry on the show. Let's have him go so an old school player can stay. Production once again messing up their own show! lol
I don't disagree with you about Horacio being a great competitor. We know he is. However, a lot of people do love Horacio because he's hot!
Don’t disagree about Horacio but as a guy that was watching Derrick way back when, I was thoroughly happy to see him win. If production was favoring D they would have cast him more than twice in 10 seasons.

Agree with everything you said about Aneesa. But as far as it being her job, she should be fired, she is so bad at the fitness/cardio part of it.
Laurel is falling apart. I wanna root for her cuz she’s a great competitor but she’s become so unlikable and not in an entertaining way. I also hate how that Horacio/Derek Elim ended. Why does production have to over complicate it? I do think the rule should’ve been to have each peg in an individual hole so Horacio should’ve won. It’s hilarious to see Josh hasn’t changed either with going back on his word lol.

Tori blew her partner Danny game in the Global Championship. To be honest Tori & Danny were a good team and were the favorites to win, but Tori kept sabotaging her game and Danny's game for Jordan.
How could Tori/Danny have been "favorites to win" if they couldn't win the final?
You mean "favorites to win" without Jordan in the game? And Jordan wins like 75% of his eliminations. It's not that easy to get him out.

@@U2BearCat In no way were they stronger than Jordan & Kaz. If Jordan has a partner that matches his pace, he wins 10 times out of 10. That is what Kaz did. Danny is a washed up athlete and was the ONLY MALE who needed an IV for the overnight portion. Production said Jordan and Kaz made it to the bottom of the mountain before Tori and Danny even finished their puzzle that is how much they beat them by.

kyland literally had the worst questions. nobody would know the body of water from a random challenge on bloodlines.

She owns her first black Jewish lesbian character and she would use it to pound people into the ground if they did or said something she didn't like. The turning point for me was her horrid performance in the Duel II final. In her last confessional she stated that her cardio was bad and that she would work on it and come back stronger. Well that was in 2009 when is she going to start working on her cardio its been 15 yrs? To Allan's point about Horacio's off-Challenge activities, doesn't he play for a soccer team too?
Production may have felt Derrick gives more in episodes and confessionals whereas Horacio doesn't talk as much.
So Horacio competed in a Semi-Pro Soccer tournament. It's not like a full time thing, a bunch of teams formed with former collegiate/pro/high level high school players.
He still enjoys playing soccer, but it's not a thing he's doing professionally.
I agree, Derrick does give more in confessionals.
Horacio's team fired him so he's not a full-time player anymore.
So that means the show is about confessionals, not challenges okay cool
