this is good im sure i could run this out of Pats offense. i wonder if you just manned up the match beater with the quarter flat defender if it would solve this for defense. revis should now match the slot and clark should play middle third. then user either 3rec/SS??
Just depends how the manned up defender does on the crossing route. When manned up players come from certain angles, it actually hurts sometimes because they over pursue initially.
It won't work quite the same, no. If you were trying that, the trips being on the short side of the field would help get a hot routed crosser deeper down the field.
