  • There's been a load of little things going on in cross, nothing necessarily big enough to talk about but enough small things to still be relevant. So what do you do then, you group them all together in a short little video

Thanks for the update... Any idea what's happening with Toon Aerts.. see he's growing his hair out and has parted ways with Baloise Trek Lions?

Trek have a zero doping policy, so even being implicated means Aerts was almost always guaranteed to leave, the rumour is both he and his brother Thijs will join Tormans at the turn of the year, should Toon be found innocent.
At the moment he's still under investigation but the rumour/fact is that the B-Sample also tested positive, so he'll certainly incur some kind of punishment. How harsh that punishment is will be dependant on whether he can convince the jury that it was an accident. If it's accidental I think he'll get a similar backdated ban to what Denise Betsema had a few years back, if they decide it was deliberate it'll be up to a few years potentially.
I don't know enough about drug testing to know if growing his hair out is actually useful, but I do think it looks quite funny so I'm all for it.

@@TheFlyover I'm no expert either but I believe the longer the hair the longer the potential period of time that traces can be obtained from the hair, like months instead of days and weeks for the blood / urine samples??
