I have a 987 Boxster S 3.4l with top gear exhaust and it sounds glorious and drives amazing but I have got a 6 months old baby now and I would like to upgrade to a 911 just to have extra seat so we all can go out for a drive in the weekend sometimes.. Which 9/11 would you recommend to me if my budget is £40k. Thanks in advance

Personally I am a big fan of the 997.2 Carrera 2 which can easily be bought for low £30k’s. The 997.2 Carrera S offers a little more power and phenomenal to drive and the 997.2 Carrera 4S is a lot more planted due to the second diff, four wheel drive system, heavier and aesthetically wide from the rear.

@@invictusporsche I previously had a 718 Cayman S, so miss the power delivery of a turbocharged engine. Does 997.2 S feel a lot sluggish compared to 991 with turbo?

I am glad to hear in all honesty. These are much better than the C 63. The build quality on the 911 is absolutely unbelievable and far superior to the competitors.
