I remember how I used to religiously listen to nightcore music, so much so, that when I played the original, it sounded like it had been slowed 😂😂 this was the first song I listened to where I actually decided to play the original to see how it sounded.

I mean, talking to yourself is quite healthy and is the trait some geniuses have as they get the clutter out of their mind by talking out their thoughts instead of keeping them in their head. Which then allows your to think of more things without straining your brain too much, so just keep being you.
