I think it is nice for non Nigerians looking at this to know that the estate is not fully completed. Construction is ongoing. There are many uncompleted plots. Otherwise, they might think that ' "Where the Rich Lives", is looking a bit unkept. I really love how some of the home owners planted many trees and shrubs.....for example, from 4:20 mins to 4:37 mins on the right of the screen. It will be a beautiful estate once finished. Huge homes. Nice content.

You have build but an average plot now cost about 60mil. I bought 3 plots there in 2011 for 21mil. Kolapo plot is a govt plot about 1400 square meters which is like 2 plots of today

You can buy a plot and build, or buy an already completed building there...
You can buy house there as well
