Potatoes - 350 grams
Onion - 200 grams
For Garlic Chutney:
Garlic - 6 cloves
Salt - 1 pinch
Red Chilly Powder - 1 spoon
Paste of 1 green chilly and 1 inch ginger
Tomato - 1
For Vaghar:
Oil - 2 big Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Jeera - 3/4 spoon
Cloves - 2
Dry Red Chilly - 2
Badiyan - 1
Curry leaves - 6
Bayleaf - 1
Hing - 1/4 Spoon
Water - 2 to 3 spoons
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1 spoon
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Water - 1 Glass (200 ml)
Methi Masala: 1/4 Spoon
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1 spoon
Coriander

@@RupalsTastyTreats દેસી,સહેલાઇ થી બનતી,ઝાઝી લપ્પણ છપ્પન વિનાની અમારા જેવા ... રસોઈ ની ઓછી આવડત વાળા પણ બનાવી શકે એવી.. બને તો one pot.. મારી ગમતી, આસાન ચોઇસ હોય છે... (જેમ કે ગમે તે.. I mean...🤧 ગમ્મે તે ચીજો ભેગી કરી ને મિક્સી માં નાખીને ઇના પુડલા,ઢોકળા,પીઝા, શેક વિગેરે બનાવી ને નવી રેસિપી તરીકે વ્યૂઅર ના માથે ...🤣🙈🙉🙊)જરૂરી નથી,કે બધી રેસીપી મારી ચોઈસ ની હોય... જમાના,નવી ટેકનોલોજી મુજબ તમારે ય ચાલવું પડે... 👍☕બાકી સુ નગર વાળા ડુંગળી બટેટા ના શાક ને લાઈક ન આપે,તો તો ભોગાવો નદી નું પાણી લાજે નહિ? બિચારા નોવેલ્ટી ના મુનાભાઈ ના આટલા વરસ પાણી માં ગ્યા કેહવાય ને?🤣
