    These are great, but I doubt anyone is going to love the single leg squat as much as you do Henry.
    These are practical exercises EVERY martial artist, strength trainer, and body builder should implement.
    I love that Henry doesn't call it "chain punches" and regulates it into bursts, until the student can handle more. What an amazing instructor/sensei/sifu/shifu
