Awesome video as always! Just want to mention, that Rebar set all on in nvidia profile inspector pluss in mw3 config, will boost GPU performance, but the CPU will lose some performance. Rebar on= 270 1%lows CPU Rebar of= 340=360 1%lows CPU got a 7800x3d and 3070 ti OC So i will have it on.
Sharing my ingame benchmark results(low end PC): PC Specifications: 1060 6GB i7-6700k with Nvidia Reflex latency "off" i was getting higher "lowest frames" (60-70) and almost the same average FPS... with On+boost i got apparently lower (9-10) "lowest frames". Overall average FPS around 135. This test was taken after applying the settings mentioned in this video. Thanks for these awesome videos. 👍
I found out from another UA-camr that there's a quite significant difference between ReBAR on and off. With it off you get significantly higher CPU numbers, especially 1% lows and with it on you get better GPU numbers. I confirmed it with my own setup and the differences were clear. I'm GPU bound on multiplayer so I'll keep it on but I think it could be beneficial to turn it off on Warzone (once it's out) where I'll most likely be CPU bound again (5600X + 3070 at 1080p). The weird thing is that I now have ReBAR disabled from BIOS but I can force it on globally through Nvidia Profile Inspector and get the same results.
U say people gonna have issues in steam but ive had loads of issues in battle net last cod which is why i switched to steam lol and ive had no issues. I guess it depends on the PC. Also is this something worth doing when u get 100 fps and ur happy but im just interested if i can get more. I have a 3060 and i7-12700 cpu

I was having packet bursts about once every couple minutes before. After following this step by step, my packet burst is constant and wont leave the screen and also added packet loss to it ass well now. Game is completely unplayable. I tried to delete the file out and go back to the OG one and no go.... Game is utterly broken now. I do very much appreciate all your hard work and time Chris. I don't have a clue what the hell could have changed but it is trashed now.
If you downloaded the beta version,you have to delete that file. Launch the game and it will add the new config file. If you’re running win11,turn memory core isolation off.
@@simmomo862click on your documents file,then call of duty,then players,delete options.4.cod23. That will be the beta. Then load up warzone and it will repair the file and your done.

@@FR33THY funny enough I was able to use frequency in bios and process lasso works now for forcing cache.. I couldn’t do this in the beta. Managed to get 395 fps in 1440p with your settings without undervolts or overclocks on the CPU, thank you heaps for your effects!
What are your thoughts on AMD FSR 3.0/frame generation? Should I use it or not? I can’t really tell any difference as you got it running over 400fps for me anyways so I’m not sure if it’s just inflated FPS with no tangible benefit or if it’s actually good

Recently, I grabbed a 7800XT and holy smokes it destroys this title Paired with 12600k with all P- core clock of 5.0 ghz. and 3600mhz DDR4 ram On small maps I avg around 300-400 fps with frame gen from AMD with 1% lows of 200 ish. I play on 500hz 1080p alienware. Hope you find this info useful :) My system is fully tweaked on a w11 23.12

Talking about the benchmark tool. I was finding that sometimes after a change, on first run of tool I didn’t see an expected change to FPS. If I ran a second time, the expected change is then registered. I now run every run of a change 2x and maybe a 3rd to confirm

I get like 10% more frames, but more input latency, so i turn it off. Can you answer why maybe that is happening?
Your terrain memory is blank in game so you’ve changed it in the config file. What is that in the config file because I cans seem to find it? Heard a lot of people experiencing game crashes due to using different config files also so I don’t really want to swap them at the moment.

Mate quick question..So I have a 240hz monitor it's stuck in 144hz.I have tried to change it in ndivia custom resolution I also tried on Windows display setting and I can't.. I had it running once before on display adapter but yet nothing still.I can't use custom as when I try put in custom it will turn off monitor and say no display port.any idea's?
Continuously struggling with packet burst in the beginning of each game, lasting for about 3 minutes, sometimes longer. I’ve tried to find a solution but nothing seems to work. Do you have any idea on a resolution?
Oddly enough my mouse input delay has been my biggest issue with the game. Mouse Filtering on 2 really doesn't do it. So far turning // Use raw mouse input. MouseUsesRawInput:0.0 = "true" to false has been the only thing that makes my mouse feel any better but still not 100%. I hope they fix this soon. Appreciate the config in mean time.
Try turning off “gpu heap” and resizable bar. Huskers said that fixed it for him. Since resizable bar is bugged. The “gpuheap” is in call of duty document folder and if it says “true” change it to false.
hey FR33THY, I saw your tweet on twitter about turning off rebar for intel systems. with rebar on, my system gets about 259-261 average fps in the benchmark with 143fps 1% Low and with it off i get 249-251 average fps with 193fps 1% Low. is it better to keep it off even with a lower average fps? and also could this be the reason my game stutters here and there when i was playing with rebar on? more than likely rebar on causes some crazy %1 lows for me id leave it off for now im running intel and nvidia too. im averaging 240 with 190 lows with rebar off and 245 and 140 lows with it on.
Hey I updated the pack like you showed here and now my option for display resolution of 5120x1440 and 3440x1440 are now gone! Is there a fix for this? I assume it was changed somewhere in the config file?…
So I just started to game on pc but I'm using my ps4 controller for COD Mw3 when I press L2 to aim both my analog sticks switch functions the left one that I use to move becomes the one I see with and the right one that I see with becomes the one I move how do I make it stop changing

setting the cores to 7 helped me go from 220 avg fps to 280 on my new rig. always wondered why streamers got way more fps than me. thank you very much

I have 24 cores, but the RendererWorkerCount says "to 16" suggesting you can't go higher than 16. Still set it to 23?
same for me, if you put 23 in, it will reset to 16 after you start the game. I would like to know whats the best option for 24 cores

I had it running once before on display adapter but yet nothing still.I can't use custom as when I try put in custom it will turn off monitor and say no display port.any idea's?

I think theres a memory issue causing mouse input lag. Ive read people are overclocking ram past 3400 and it helps.
Do You know how to fix packet burst issue? Did u know that resizable bar support does not work good on PC with Intel CPU?
Continuously struggling with packet burst in the beginning of each game, lasting for about 3 minutes, sometimes longer. I’ve tried to find a solution but nothing seems to work. Do you have any idea on a resolution?

ive noticed that texture and anisotropic have almost 0 performance hit when changed. Its mainly the Shader quality that does the lifting it seems.
It’s not really for fps. It makes the game feel better. Less input lag. It’s more smooth.
What is your take on TCP optimization and any other Network optimizations we can do on Windows side?

I tested and my 1% lows are better with ReBar on but I had to go into inspector for MW3 and make sure it was on

Oddly enough my mouse input delay has been my biggest issue with the game. Mouse Filtering on 2 really doesn't do it. So far turning // Use raw mouse input.
MouseUsesRawInput:0.0 = "true" to false has been the only thing that makes my mouse feel any better but still not 100%. I hope they fix this soon. Appreciate the config in mean time.
Try turning off “gpu heap” and resizable bar. Huskers said that fixed it for him. Since resizable bar is bugged. The “gpuheap” is in call of duty document folder and if it says “true” change it to false.

hey FR33THY, I saw your tweet on twitter about turning off rebar for intel systems. with rebar on, my system gets about 259-261 average fps in the benchmark with 143fps 1% Low and with it off i get 249-251 average fps with 193fps 1% Low. is it better to keep it off even with a lower average fps? and also could this be the reason my game stutters here and there when i was playing with rebar on? I would really appreciate your response, thank you.
more than likely rebar on causes some crazy %1 lows for me id leave it off for now im running intel and nvidia too. im averaging 240 with 190 lows with rebar off and 245 and 140 lows with it on.

Hey I updated the pack like you showed here and now my option for display resolution of 5120x1440 and 3440x1440 are now gone! Is there a fix for this? I assume it was changed somewhere in the config file?…
