    I don't know if there is another youtuber, who has the same class, style, humbleness and intelligence in showing every part of your huge nation like you do. Individualistic mongol culture. Individualism culture is typical for people living in low population density, where no one can count on others. People near north pole are all similarly individualistic culture. Such culture tend to be more egalitarian, less verbal, little emotion with mask like non-expressive faces. Their social skill also suffers. But very strong visual-spatial ability which can be advantageous in military.

    When I was still in school, every vacation I would take a train or a long-distance bus to travel across Inner Mongolia. Among my classmates, many were from Ujumchin areas, speaking the Chakhar dialect fluently, which is considered the standard form of Mongolian in Inner Mongolia. As someone who has lived abroad for many years, I can’t help but leave comments whenever I see videos of my hometown, and I warmly welcome friends from afar to visit Inner Mongolia for travel, vacation, work, or study.

    Looks like western Kansas in America, where I lived for many years. The grass moves like waves of water and they say there is more sky than land. I loved the watch the weather come across the prairie, sometimes heading for us, sometimes not. The stars at night make a person feel very small.

      The night sky in country Australia has the same ambience and dimensions. It does make one feel small, I used to lie on the grass at night, wondering at the force of gravity, which stopped me spinning out into the universe, but felt lighter than a blanket. I thought I was alone, but now I realise you were sharing the night with me, all over the world.

    As always, your choice of music is impeccable! At around the 3 minute mark, when the drone is flying over the cattle, the music reminds me of a western (USA) tune, which makes a connection between ranchers in Mongolia and in the western states of the USA, then the music smoothly becomes a Celtic tune; the haunting and sweetly melancholy of the tune fits the video very well. Brava!😊

      I wounder how much of inner Mongolia used to be forested. It only takes grazing animals a hundred years to push back a forest--lots of examples in africa and the united states.

      @pefsgk5092 Місяць тому +3

      The only difference is that there's not many Dakota Indians left in their own land, but there's over 4 million Mongolians in Inner Mongolia, making it the largest Mongol population in the world, larger than that of Outer Mongolia.

    • @alanbrown342
      @alanbrown342 Місяць тому +2

      @@pefsgk5092 It's not as if the Mongolians and Chinese have always gotten along. Genghis Khan is estimated to have killed 40 million Chinese - the most violent clashes in history prior to the world wars. That's just one thing; this area has a lot more history than that. That said, there is no reason ethnic Mongolians and Han Chinese should not get along now; Yan's attitude is a beautiful example of this. The relations between the Mongols and Han Chinese are not perfect now (they are discouraging the Mongol language in schools in favor of Mandarin - not unlike historic Indian schools and use of native languages and English in the U.S.) - but certainly much better than during the Mongol invasions. Similarly, there are shameful elements to history between the American Indians and the white settlers; it is better now, certainly not perfect. Everyone - please don't pretend the history of China is perfect in order to criticize the US - or do the reverse. Acknowledge facts, admit past shames, acknowledge good will where it exists.

    OH how interesting, Yan you ride your Motor Bike like a Mongolian Horseman, I noticed big herds of Simmental Cattle ,these are cattle from Switzerland, Austria,& Germany these Cattle do well in cold Regions, very good Milkers & Meat production, these type of Cattle suit that climate of Inner Mongolia those wonderful grasslands suit Cattle & Sheep & Horses & 2 Humped Camels, Inner Mongolia is a Land of sweeping Plains & open Grass Lands a beauty on its own, the grassland swaying in the wind looking like waves in the ocean, the food was very much sour Horse Milk yoghurt, meat & pan cake type bread, with Milk Tea, Yan this video was also fantastic, showing the HWY with Heavy transport, vast open spaces , & Blue Blue Skies , again the People are so Friendly, I think loneliness is a reality but I think it would breed Character & strength in these people of what I could see, for me I love the wide open spaces & bush land as I am a Country Boy well Older but still young in Heart , Great Video Yan, Keep these videos coming, Cheers & Best Wishes Regards Trevor.W.Bacelli. The area of a city in Inner Mongolia is often comparable to that of some countries in the world. For example, my city, Ulanqab, covers 55,000 square kilometers. We have the world's second-largest alpine meadow grassland and a dormant volcanic group, which belongs to a village and includes more than 20 volcanoes, as well as a particularly spectacular ancient crater covered by grassland. The magnificent scenery here in summer is something many Chinese have never seen before. You are welcome to visit.

    Hi Yan. Love this one. Another spectacular presentation. I have seen a couple of other UA-camrs trying to do what you do but I have to say yours is the best. I really like the way you present, the drone images and the music you select. Well done ❤

    Great video, really takes me back to when I visited Inner Mongolia back in 2017. We were a small group in a van and I remember the vast, open landscape and the endless roads, it was absolutely amazing.

    I learn so much from your videos, such beautiful and fascinating histories in the region. I never knew anything about the Ujimuqin tribe nor the history. They have such beautiful clothes and fabrics and interesting dairy products. The girl in the shop was very kind, I love that their word for thanks "ba-yert-la", means "I am happy". Ba-yert-la Yan!

    The Mongolian orthodoxy is in Inner Mongolia . There are 28 tribes in Inner Mongolia, 6 of which are direct descendants of Genghis Khan, and 8 of which are descendants of Genghis Khan's brothers
