Billy is your teacher, the house is your hands on project. Yes, you probably underestimated the work involved but we usually do. I am thankful that Billy and a couple others have been willing to help and tutor you. It’s daunting, but you will get there!
Alrighty then on with the demolition. You know you stilled made a good deal with this house even with having to tear everything out. It’s a fairly straightforward process to rebuild. You’re going to gain so much experience in this renovation. Great work!

Hi Ryan great to see your mate helping with removing the timber. Good friends are hard to find so hang on to Billy he is so willing to help you. Cheers 🤗💯👌❤️
Been there myself. I ripped out all floors, subfloors, walls, the whole double-brick rear wall of the house, electrical, plumbing, roof, dug a new basement, and more. Just about the only thing untouched in the construction of my home was literally one bedroom and one closet. EVERYTHING else got ripped out and redone. Literally and figuratively. All of it. All while my wife was pregnant with a second child and I just quit my job and cut my income down to zero. This was in 2007 during the unprecedented US market crush and the being of a depression. So yea... I feel your pain...
Ryan, please, from a former nurse with a rotten back - bend your knees when lifting things. I'd recommend some gentle yoga back stretches for the lower back pain you're likely to be suffering. Love your work!
I just watched The Irish Homestead guy put in all the joists in his room by himself. Might be an interesting watch. I hope it’s not bad form to mention another vid. But I actually thought of you the whole while I watched him. Please pardon me if it is. But it can be done. You’re learning so much. Great work.
Great job today Ryan. Out with the old and soon in with the new. I will be honest, I would probably make a bigger mess than you did trying to get it all down before taking it out to the dump. I don't know of any construction workers that takes the time to place each and every piece down nicely, their work would take forever and never get done on time. So for those who think that renovation is an easy mess-free job, I would like to see them get their behind off the chair/couch or wherever they watch this from and try it. You are doing a GREAT job by yourself Ryan, keep at it. Have a great day

Excellent to see you learning from Billy. Work is always easier when things are cleaned up and you are not constantly tripping over trash. Moving is a wonderful idea. Camp out inside your house and spend your money on materials for the rebuild. Keep going!

I love to see you doing more work in the house and cleaning up 😀😀. Kudos to you!

Great work Ryan. Nice to see you turning up the pace there and kicking some arse. It's going to be lovely in the end.
Ryan you are so lucky to have a friend like Billy , who works and films every day in the convent . I just don’t know where he finds the time and energy to do all that.
Keep up the good work Rye, I'm excited to watch you accomplish so much work with such a complicated project from the beginning to the end !
Well done on the amount of subscribers. You are progressing and cleaning up helps as you are able to do things safely. I have been waiting for your video. I hope we get to see some antique shopping to help furnish your move in.
Ryan,
your health and safety is much more important than a window shade!
You are doing an amazing job!
Ryan, i once gave you shit on staying back and letting others do the job. Now i want to say well done into believing in yourself and trying to build this thing on your own. You are much more active in the entire process now and i am glad for that. Keep doing what you are doing and things will fall into place.
Nick showed you to cut those at an angle so you could take the center piece out and have small ones on either end. He might scold you when he sees this video. Lol
Its so nice that your best friend Billy came to help you out.😍
Good for you, it’s not an easy day job. Admirable that your e willing to do the work!
Ryan
great work as always
Stay safe and buy or loan a small scaffold tower.
it will save you a lot of time struggling in the future with dry wall and painting.
