Car trip in Namyangju, South Korea / The charm of Namyangju driving course.

The scenery is cute and close to the river, so it is much more beautiful.
The new road that is open now can be reached quickly.
Instead, we only go to the sky-high tunnel on the overpass.

The first course is Dasan Historic Site.
When you enter the old road from Paldang Station, you go up looking at Paldang Dam on your right.
You can see the Han River flowing quietly and shining in the sun.
On the left wall, you can see interesting phrases from lovers.
It's not big, but you can also see interesting phrases.
After passing Paldang Dam, Dasan Historic Site will come out soon.

There are Dasan Jeong Yak-yong's birthplace, Silhak Museum, and Dasan Ecological Park.
As you know, Dasan Jeong Yakyong was born in 1762 and went through the period of King Jeongjo and King Sunjo.
He is a famous Silhak scholar in the late Joseon Dynasty.
The scenery here where Dasan was born and raised is so beautiful.
So, Silhak Museum and Park are built next to Namyangju's birthplace.
Jeong Yak-jeon, a real scholar as famous as his younger brother Jeong Yak-yong, was born here.

The fish book that Jeong Yak-jeon wrote recently, Jasan Geobo,
It was filmed and resonated greatly.
It is rarely made into a black-and-white movie for a movie these days.
Byun Yo-han and Seol Kyung-gu's acting is excellent and fun. I guarantee it.
The explanation of the idea of Jeong Yak-yong and Jeong Yak-jeon in the movie is very appropriate.

The next place to introduce is the second Namyangju Sujongsa Temple.
Third, Namyangju Ecological Park Water Garden.
Both of these places are near Ungilsan Station and close to each other.
First of all, Sujongsa Temple is near the top of Ungilsan Mountain, and the scenery is very nice.
It used to be a small temple, but it's getting bigger.
Above all, this place has the advantage of having a panoramic view of Yangsu-ri.
If you go early in the morning in spring and autumn, you can see Yangsu-ri Unmu together, so it's cool.
You can go up by car like a screen and it takes about an hour to walk.
It's good to walk in spring, summer, and autumn, but don't walk in winter.
It is enough to pass a car on the way up to Sujongsa Temple from the water garden.
However, when two-way cars intersect, you need to make concessions in advance.
It's well-packaged and the slope is too high.
I feel like I need to ride a four-wheel drive car.
Regular cars also go up well. Even light cars go up well.
This is the best scenic restaurant you can drive up to Gyeonggi-do.
Surprisingly, many people don't know the scenery of Sujongsa Temple.
When I'm at Sujongsa Temple, I feel like I'm in a different world from the world.
The open view is really the advantage of this temple. It's good to come and stay still.
And this temple is a great temple to see the sunrise.
The temple is facing east. The rising sun shines in Yangsu-ri.
If you go down, you will find the Water Garden in Joan-myeon, Namyangju.
This place is quite spacious like a map. The parking lot is here, here, here.
The top parking lot is free.
Wherever you park, take a simple mat or camping chair to the river.
You can have a peaceful and beautiful time with a drink and light food.
The scenery is beautiful, so it's good to take pictures of spring, summer, fall and winter
It's good for children to run around and ride bicycles.
The bike path from Ungilsan Station to Chuncheon Station is also well established.
