There's a big difference between 24' Chicago and 25' Chicago: now they have a player's developer. That Wheatherspoon can't make players better for shit. Tyler March can take an average player and make her a excelent player as Pop did with Kawhi Leonard.
The draft is going to get flipped on its head a bit when Flau’jae Johnson announces that she is entering the draft. Easily the second best player behind Paige.
Fudd should not even be in the conversation. She's been hyped as a prolific 3 point shooter and has only played in 42 or 43 games over the last FOUR years, she missed all of her 3's against a mediocre team this past week. She's as unreliable as PB.
Why ? That's a very Y2K way of thinking: You need multiple bigs - it gives you a big advantage for shot blocking, for overall defense,.... for inside scoring. If 1 gets in foul trouble it's good to have the other. Today's fans think you can only have 1 big or maybe even no bigs..... that's crazy talk. Heck no. We drafted both those beasts for a reason. Kamilla and Angel need to become even more proficient in FG % / shooting - and improve their range also .... Olivia Miles or Azzi Fudd would be so welcome on our team Azzi's shooting will be so important on our team or Olivia's quickness/ passing.
That makes no sense no way you followed them this season as a duo they were good esp when Cardoso got healthy they dominated the broads imagine mikes setting up easy baskets for them both the defense is automatic

The huge problem with your analysis of who the Sky should pick or not is this. Outside of the Twin Towers, Williams who is only getting OLDER, and Carter who might not even be back, the rest of the Sky Rosters, almost no other TEAM wants those players. So passing up on Team DEPTH of a having a player like Kiki Iriafen who can pop an drop midranges shot, which neither of the Twin Towers have proven that they can remotely do would be foolish at best. The Sky can most certainly START the Twin Towers alongside Kiki Iriafen. That would not be the issue. The only REAL problem then would still be who the Sky can get at the PG position. But guess what Folks, there are PLENTY of PGs in this upcoming draft. So their main focus needs to be adding as much possible DRAFT Capital this year without giving up ANY first round draft picks for now or the future. Is not Michaela Onyenwere worthy of a late first round draft pick. Because she is about the only value player they really should trade.

@@Randomrazer TeHina Pao Pao is BETTER than PB, always has been.
Olivia Miles or nothing
Or Paopao😮
The Chicago Sky biggest option for TEAM SUCCESS is bench Reese and run with Cardoso, Carter and your number 3 overall pick
chicago is gonna draft the charge god last-tear. 6'0, can pass, shoot and play d. she about to be the most solid 3rd round pick in the history of the wnba
There's a big difference between 24' Chicago and 25' Chicago: now they have a player's developer. That Wheatherspoon can't make players better for shit. Tyler March can take an average player and make her a excelent player as Pop did with Kawhi Leonard.
They can trade down for PaoPao
Umm ok why would they trade down if LA doesn't take Olivia Miles this disrespect being shown towards her is insane 💀💀
Olivia Miles baby 🔥🔥🔥
The draft is going to get flipped on its head a bit when Flau’jae Johnson announces that she is entering the draft. Easily the second best player behind Paige.
BANGERRRR
If LA is smart, they will draft Pao Pao, that's if Dallas is even smarter and pick Tehina at #1!!
So that post I seen about Azzi Fudd was just promo? Lol
Fudd should not even be in the conversation. She's been hyped as a prolific 3 point shooter and has only played in 42 or 43 games over the last FOUR years, she missed all of her 3's against a mediocre team this past week. She's as unreliable as PB.
Miles , paopao or azzi
They better grab Pao Pao
Pao pao
Shellers, imo. But they can draft her later.
But the team will be hoping that she's there when they pick.
I'd drat Sellers WAY before PB or AF.
All he does is try to hype up these foreign players Chicago should keep their 3rd pick and the 10th pick Miles or Fuss at 3 and Paopao at 10
That's not what's going to happen, so the sooner you just accept that the better off you'll be.
Paopao
I feel like they will have to decide between Cardoso and Reese eventually
Why ?
That's a very Y2K way of thinking:
You need multiple bigs - it gives you a big advantage for shot blocking, for overall defense,.... for inside scoring.
Olivia Miles or Azzi Fudd would be so welcome on our team
Azzi's shooting will be so important on our team or Olivia's quickness/ passing.
So you have to choose
between a center and
a power forward
😂😂😂😂😂
You don't seem to realize
that they played two
completely different
positions😂
Aces had a worse center than Cardoso with A’ja and won two chips in a row
@@tbear0262
A'ja is NOT A CENTER!🤣
That makes no sense no way you followed them this season as a duo they were good esp when Cardoso got healthy they dominated the broads imagine mikes setting up easy baskets for them both the defense is automatic
Must say your trade prospect sounds really good but i do think if Azzi is in yhe draft dont pass on her
Forget Fudd in the first round, she's better off to coach a high school team.
AM24 all day long........
Pao Pao and Citron are not a top 5 pick. At #10 yes. Olivia Miles, Anessa Morrow, Kiki Iriafen are top 5 talents.
Exactly!
Hey hunter ,i think georgia amoore is australian ,just saying
Will the Sky be winning games with Miles or PaoPao? The Sky went 0-3 against the New York Liberty and the Minnesota Linx. The two best teams of 2024… will the Sky be any competition against these teams… if not what are we doing… waiting on the 2026 draft? 👉🏽🔥🔥Kiki to the Sky 🔥🔥👈🏽
Nope, the Sky won their first regular Season meeting against the Liberty.
Chicago should trade down , immo they need more draft capital anytway since they have nothing left since James Wade era.
They need veteran PG, you cant be playing Reese and Cardoso ( both only 1 year exp in the league and not full year either >both injured for some time and then what? 2 more rookies from this draft?
This is wnba, you need experience, suqad like that with total of 2-3 years league exp will not fight for playoffs.
Name the last team who had 4 starters with total of league experience 2/3 or less , there is no such team, there are 2 long time ago both tanking teams and finish last and second to last.
my opinion is that Miles is risky pick for CHicago, has no shooting and huge bust side +injury history.
i agree chicago should trade down with washington and get the 4th and 6th and 10th pick while positioning themselves in the second round to get raven johnson
Draft option 4. The chicago sky 2025 roster (update)
Trade the third pick with washingon for their 4th and 6th pick (Washington needs a true PF like Kiki and or a true PG like olivia…..so therefore Chicago will have 3 first round picks and a second round pick)
5. kamilla cardoso/angel reese (when the team goes small ball)
4. angel reese (stretch 4 pin hybrid forward-guard)/aneesah morrow (when team goes small ball)
3. kia nurse (refer to sn) /Michaela Onyenwere/Sonia Citron/Jordan/Aneesah
2. chennedy carter/ kia nurse (when the team goes with a tall guard lineup)
1. lindsay allen/chennedy carter (when the team goes with a tall guard lineup)
Bench.
6. Sonia citron (1st round pick…Can make 3pts, play the 2 and 3 and can guard 6’0 wings/guard the 2 & 3)
7. Elizabeth Williams (versatile forward-center that can make short and long mid range shots)
8. Jordan Hobbs (1st round pick…versatile guard that can 3pt shoot defend 2-4….and also playmake alitle….can play the 2- 4 but prefers the 2 position) Janiah Barker is also an option
9. Aneesah morrow (1st round pick…versatile forward that can rebound and defend and score in the low post and midrange….also has chemistry with angel reese)
10. Tina Charles (can mentor angel and milla) /Awak Kuier/Amanda zahui b. (get height for taller center….try Li yueru but that won’t be easy)
11. Raven johnson (a must in 2025 or 2026…can defend 1 to 3, playmake and has chemistry with milla)
12. kia nurse (versatile guard-forward, that can defend and shoot the 3 ….can play the 2 and 3)
Sn: 2026 we draft (kiki rice via 2 1st round 2026 picks) or sign a starting PG….honestly 2027 seems like a strong PG/point-forward class to get a starting PG if we don’t get the PG that we want before then….also in between the of 2025 and 2027 we will look for stretch 4s and 5s (when tina Charles and elizabeth Williams retires and/or departs from us by then….if we need more 3pt shooting
Different Combinations for The chicago sky 2025 roster (update)
1. Small ball (5. angel reese 4. Aneesah morrow 3. Michaela 2. Kia nurse 1. Chennedy carter)
2. Tall guard (5. Kamilla 4. reese 3. Michaela 2. Kia nurse 1. Chennedy carter)
3. 3pt lineup/spacing (5. Kamilla 4. Jordan Hobbs 3. Sonia Citron 2. Kia nurse 1. Chennedy carter
4. Ultimate defense (5. Kamilla/elizabeth) 4. Angel 3. Michaela 2. Chennedy 1. Raven
5. Bench star lineup (5. Tina Charles 4. Elizabeth/aneesah 3. Jordan 2. Sonia 1. Raven
6. Twin towers (5. kamilla, 4. tina Charles, 3. Jordan 2. Kia Nurse 1. Chennedy/raven
7. Beast mode (5. kamilla 4. angel 3. Michaela/aneesah 2. Jordan 1. Chennedy
8. Small guard 5. Kamilla 4. Angel. 3. Kia nurse 2. Chennedy 1. Lindsay/raven
But Pure Point guards will be there in the second round far better then what you seem to know. Plus there is always the Free Agent thing. There is ZERO reason for the Sky to Trade down and every Reason to trade current players for extra picks. Only Four players are untouchable. The Twin Towers, Williams, and Carter.
@@natureredux1957 wait i thought we were team trade down for the 4th, 6th, 10th and raven johnson?!?!?!
@@DJ_Mr_Rodge I bet almost anything that JEFF gets fired if he doesn't do well Soon. So trading away the best Draft talent in the hope of getting more of a hit and miss later in the Draft is likely out of the question. So I see no reason for Jeff to do any trading of picks for other picks in the first round. Now trading current players for picks should be far more likely outside a select proven few.
@@natureredux1957 that a bold statement....i mean as long as we get another mid 1st round pick i have no problem...the problem however is to get a mid 1st round pick is pretty hard considering we were willing to take the 10th pick for marina....the other problem i have is i set on us getting aneesah, raven and 2 of the players out of sonia, janiah and jordan (the player we agreed on)....bree hall in a 2nd or 3rd will also be nice but that asking for too much.... i mean i am interested in who you feel to draft and how the whole roster will be made up before i can say more on the move to stay at 3....but another thing I much i want T-spoon to get her justice i also don't think jeff picks and coaching hire was a bad hire....though i still think he made a huge mistake trading t-spoon away....and considering i want more picks i am trying to convince myself to give jeff more time.... truthfully he deserves it but i am too salty to officially admit it ....but i honestly don't see him losing his job in 2025...maybe more at the end of 2026.......but at that time the roster will be complete with kiki rice (if he follows my roster plan lol)
You love foreign players too much
The huge problem with your analysis of who the Sky should pick or not is this.
Chicago doesn't deserve citron and citron deserves better!!! Any smart player wouldn't wanna play for chicago or live in that liberal horrible city.
Citron would hate playing with Chicago..angel reese slow it down style of play would frustrate the hell out of her..
Do whatever is possible to trade up 1 and get Paige.
No thanks!🤨
@@Dimezprod You’d have to trade both Reese , Cardoso, and draft picks to get a deal like that done not gonna lie. Time to look at players to fill the gaps on the team instead.
@@Randomrazer You’re right.
No need 😂
You do that gymnastics to get her and then she ends up injured😂
@@RandomrazerWell there's an outside chance LA doesn't take Olivia Miles at #2 and she's a pretty damn good point guard in her own right just saying 🤷🤷
Nobody wants to play with Angel Reese lmao. She’s the most selfish player in the WNBA.
Seek therapy 😂
@ it’s the truth
Most of those ladies have been playing together since high school or AAU. They may be "dawgs" out there on the court but they have much love for each other off court including Reese. The "Twin Towers" is the best front court in the WNBA . .. who wouldn't would want to play with either.
If I was Chicago I’d trade Angel Reese to DC for picks and draft Kiki if LA takes Miles. Start the tank for Juju early.
They'd be the laughing stock of the league if they traded away a rookie all star that led the league in a major stat that they drafted at 7!! biggest mistake they could make, iriafen wont be as good as angel.
Trading away their most popular player is just bad business
@@kingxavierlovelyIriafen will be great but she’s not nearly as marketable to the public at this stage.
That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard
They would never do that and we would not allow them to do that
Sky should trade pick #3 to Fever for Eric Wheeler
🤡🤡🤡
nah they need 3 point shooter, Vnloo will be better
Doubt wheeler gets protected but big salary I believe
Kelsey or bust😂
Why the hell would they trade a #3 pick when there's an outside chance they can get Olivia Miles 😂😂 lay off the happy grass dude
