Samosa dough is usually made out of maida, but you can replace it with wheat flour. Stuffing is made by using potatoes, onions, green peas etc. In this video, I showed how to prepare home made masala powder to prepare samosas. Don't add water while preparing stuffing baaji. The chapathis cooked slightly to get a stiffness while folding. So that you feel easy to prepare moulds. Confirm all the edges are covered properly while stuffing, so that samosas may not leak out during frying.

1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Handful of Coriander leaves
1/2 Tsp Ginger Paste
15 curry Leaves
3/4 Cup Poha
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Refined Wheat Slurry to seal
3 to 4 Tbsp Refined Wheat Flour
