Sir some questions solution have uncleared cheques added and unpresented lesss, why?

If we are starting our bank reconciliation statement from balance as per bank statement we will add uncredited lodgement because sooner or later bank will credit money in our account which will increase our bank balance and we subtract unpresented chqs because sooner or later supplier will present this chq which will decrease our bank balance
