On defense hold l2 and r2so ur not sliding
Tip 2 in games you make the right plays, the extra passes are great as you could already tell its kinda hard figuring out everyone jump-shot timing, but in setting, controller setting, you can change the release timing from very early all the way to very late depending on how you want it

You realize after he plays one game he gets like 30-40 minutes to just go do whatever he wants relax sleep etc
Still though the amount of recording he does for these is beyond massive he said each one of these full season express leagues takes like 26 hours to do and lately that’s all he’s been posting is those videos. Breaks or not that’s a lot of work a lot of time to spend playing video games

The best way to draft in 2k is to make sure you have rebounding, scoring, and size for defense. Top pick mid draft is always Clint Capela
Good video td we could tell you having fun! The game is a lot different… a lot to get into. I’m give you a few tips if you hold L1(p5) or Lb (Xbox) it double teams also your green window % goes up more with no meter but just look at the wrist and last but no least you can go into coach settings when you playing to have your cpu play tighter defense. GREAT VIDEO TD !!!!

Watching you set up your lineup in the beginning was tough to each 😅
Your lineup should be:
PG: Murray
SG: Poole
SF: James
PF: Collins
C: Poetl
Or you can have James at PG then slide down the other 2
I agree but he should get a big that can shoot at the 4 for spacing
Poole is a good 6 man though but watching him put LeBron at SG and Richardson at PF instead of swapping that around was hilarious
The biggest thing about this game, is stats don't really matter. You should focus on players that have height, badges and good animations.
A good jumper is easier to green than having a high 3 point stat.
Something new 😂 and hope this is a new series mixed with madden

Take the meter off and look for visual cues when you shoot. You also get a boost with no meter ‼️
As someone who's played 2k for years and actively follows the NBA. This was so hard to watch. TD couldn't make a good draft or roster decision to save his life. You could tell TD hasn't played this game this year and jumped right into competitive play. TD played off ball defense the whole time and made no offensive or defensive style adjustments. I knew as soon as TD made his first couple picks he was gonna lose out before I even saw him play 😂
Promise I wasn't hating td there is just a lot to competitive 2k. Watch a couple tip videos. You did a lot better than I thought you would tbh

TD, you can press RB to switch matchups so that the bigman doesn't get your small defender, or just go into the menu and change your defensive matchups that way.

TD for some tips. In the setting switch your Jumpshot from Late to early. It will help make the Jumpshot feel a lot less delayed. Also only greens go in this year in 2k but they made it decently easy to green. Also, You can change your defensive settings on the pause menu as well if you want your ai to guard closer

Just tips. Use your star players and work around them. Maybe a five out where you have space everywhere. Use the pick and roll. LBJ bc basically do it all so run your offense through him. Good content. Excited to see more

During the game you can use the directional button to set adjustments to your play style. For example, on Defense you choose to limit your three point shots, you can make the defenders switch or stay on their man during screens, you can even change what the defense does during rebounding situations (Everyone crash the boards or do some people run in transition).
Love this TD❤️ I play 2k a ton, if I had any advice I’d say to sign a good coach with a good system that matches your team. Definitely do this more man, all love
Also press up on the d pad during gameplay to show the stats of the player👍🏻
