But the series didn't consistently play in Jacksonville and the Gator Bowl until 1933. The '94 and '95 games respectively were the only times the game wasn't played at Jacksonville since 1933, including up through 2024.
The reason Spurrier was laughing was the Field Goal Attempt went through and was good. But after the ball bounced up, it hit the bulldog statue on the nose! 😂😂😂
