🥣Ingredients:
Sabudana/sabakki/tapioca pearl - 2 cup
Raw peanuts - 1/4 cup
Roasted and powdered peanuts - 1/2 cup
Jeera/cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tabdle spoon, chopped
Green chilli - 4, chopped
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Tomato - 1 chopped(optional)
Boiled potato - 1, cubed
Coriander leaves - Few chopped
Rock salt or sendha namak - 1+1/2 tsp or to taste
Lemon - 1/2 large
Sugar - 1 tsp(optional)
Ghee or oil - 2 tbsp +1tbsp
Water - 2 cups for soaking

I like the idea of peanut powder and a pinch of sugar. Never tried these two ingredients. Will make this recipe minus the sugar. We don't like sugar at my place. Thank u for this. Looks great.

Mam saw this video now a small tip please put the coarse groundnut mixture to the soaked sabudana and then start the cooking process in the meantime sabudana would mix with the ground peanuts powder in this method you avoid sabudana sticking and upma being very tasty try it once and see the difference thanks god bless you and your family

You should use non-sticky sabudana for upma. Some brands have sago that can get sticky.
