Oh shit there's no distortion or that weird vocal change when she goes too low anymore. The graph he made was actually so accurate, it's like she actually sang it now rather than an ai copy

Ironically this song specifically normally has audio distortion, so hearing this sounds clearer and less robotic than the original now.

@lollolcheese123 Most likely Vedal programmed a pattern for the AI to follow the beat of the music. The patterns of how she moves are way too consistent for a human to keep imitating without at least switching it up, at least during live. But you probably aren't half-wrong, Anny recorded the animations before Vedal programmed them to be autonomous.

The song is literally from the perspective of an AI, all the distortions and weird vocal effects that you got in the first cover where from the original song, it’s meant to sound robotic and inhuman.

@@SkyeLimelight No, lol. Basically, as much as the vocal effects sound cool, it should be obvious that it's done for dramatic effects and an AI would never sound like that. We literally thought back then that sentient AIs would sound like Glados, but it should be obvious now that sentient AIs would have pretty much enough data on how to mimic human speech. The song was made 7 years ago too, far before we heard properly sounding AIs, so it's pretty much something done with a lack of information and likely for sounding cool.

Although sounding a bit robotic for this kind of song is more fitting though.

this is actually pretty interesting, because that’s not really how i interpreted it at all. i mean, i definitely got it was in some way about a program and its creator, but the details varied.
my interpretation: a program (pov) of some description was created, run by the creator (“you”), and used for an assortment of things - presumably, it was some manner of simulator, generating an artificial presence for the user to interact with.
at some point the program, or maybe the presence, gained awareness, below the creator’s notice probably, and fell in love with them. however, the creator stopped using the program eventually, leaving it to collect dust indefinitely, and not understanding why, the program attempted to change itself to not require the user input, and when that couldn’t happen, it began to tear itself apart trying to find some way to do something, anything. running itself over and over again, with the same result. attempting to force a presence of the creator created an illegal argument, breaking it further, until…
ill be honest, i’m only particularly confident in about the first half of this, the rest doesn’t quite convey my thoughts.
