This game is my magnum opus. I have never quite loved a game so much, nor had I dedicated so much time to a single video game _ever._ Got a nice story actually. Back around the turning point of 2008, I had actually saved enough money from the previous year to finally be able to buy a PS3. Being 15 at the time, it was a bit of a struggle, but I held out through holidays like Christmas and didn't immediately spend the $50 or $100 I got, instead opting to add it to the little pool I had been accumulating. It was mostly out of jealousy, because my friend owned one and he was one of the only individuals out of my group of friends who did. It stemmed from him downloading the demo of Burnout Paradise on his console, and it was my first real taste of new hardware and graphics that had begun leaping away from the PS2 or Xbox's capabilities. I wanted it badly. He gloated about how he'd purchase it once he had some funds. Thus, the cycle was set in motion. I got my mom to buy my PS3 from our local Gamecrazy, back when Hollywood Video was still a thing. But they had just sold their last one on New Year's Day. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait long and soon enough, had my console. I lied about my age on my PSN account because I thought it was ridiculous at the time that I couldn't access the online store and purchase anything without being 18 (this being before the fact that I realized I had misinterpreted information and that I actually could, derp). I bought Burnout Paradise on the 5th of January, the night my parents were actually leaving to Chicago for two weeks. I was on winter vacation from school, so, having the house to myself for another week and a half was pretty awesome. I started downloading it immediately. However, there was one little, tiny issue in the way. My internet provider was Clearwire. If you haven't had to suffer the pain of using this absolutely abysmal provider, I envy you. If you have, I feel your pain immensely. It took three days to download. Three. _Fucking._ *_Days._* I don't think I had ever been so wracked with anticipation and so absolutely furious with internet speeds in my life. But when I woke up on the morning of the 8th, well, my life was over. Paradise awaited me, and I tore it in half. I was fascinated with experiencing an open-world environment for the first time in a Burnout game. There had been others, like Need For Speed: Most Wanted or Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix, but it was my breakthrough into next-generation racing. I didn't put that game down for well over six to eight months. I remember ripping around everywhere in one of two of my favorite cars: The Jansen X12 or the Krieger Überschall 8, especially their police or carbon variants. I did everything in that game. Got 101% completion, acquired every billboard, smash gate, and super jump their was, dominated all 500 Freeburn Challenges (that Diamond Version Jansen P12 is sweeeeeet), and went out of my way to complete all races, road rages, marked mans, burning routes, stunt runs, and every last Road Rules Challenge. I even got pretty good at online races, too! Burnout Paradise was my very first Platinum trophy and the first game I had beaten so hard into the ground that I could confirm that I knew _everything_ about it. A decade later, I still mostly can. After all, I had logged over 3,000+ hours into the game. I leapt at this remastered version. $40 seemed a tidbit steep, but in honesty, I didn't care. Looking at it all prettied and polished up just makes me smile as I race my friends, gloating about an incoming victory before I slam into a concrete divider at 200 miles an hour and watch my car become just another pile of scrap. I owe a lot of my best memories to this game. It's good to be home.
Overwhelming amount of memories from this game, I played this game for YEARS and it never got boring! Say what you will about it as a burnout game, but as a whole it's one of EA's best games they've made, they seriously dropped the ball this gen, burnout new York city style would be epic as a sequel and the lack of epic ass games like dead space and skate, dantes inferno, mirrors edge is heavily felt this gen.
Yes you can restart an event by pushing the ▶️ and you can technically use kind of use it as a fast travel to use it to restart an event that's on the other side of the map even if you already completed it and once you restart it just cancel the event and you'll stay were the event started
You know you're old when you remember how Paradise Island was added later on, seeing the gates block the bridge to the island until it released. And of course DJ Atomika talking about the races and cars to smash to unlock. Games were so pure back then.
Bought the original Burnout Paradise when it came out and fell in love with it immediately, every racing game since then just could not measure up to it for me. The freedom is the thing that captured me the most and I would spend hours just cruising Paradise. The music soundtrack was epic and everything just worked well together. Every taste was satisfied. Had a crappy day and was ticked of at the world? Just jump into demolition races and destroy everyone in sight. Had a stressful and tiring day? Do some stunt runs and just let loose. See how epic you can be, barrel rolling and smashing through billboards relaxes anyone. The sandbox car game that no one could ever replicate and having a remastered version on PC would make my day!
M. E. Origin version is good already, you can run that on these updates consoles too now, 4k! Good title still, still do it from time to time EVGA X58, DIESEL, old ads are still in the origin version now! You still own old disks, origin key? O called Origin support, all my old CD keys are in origin too now, bought all old NFS titles on Steam, some i have double now, love them all, still payable on 1080Ti level 4k builds.
As soon as I saw this advertised I wanted to pick it up, got it yesterday and haven't been able to put it down. Such a great game but my favourite burnout of all time would probably be Burnout 3: Takedown, so many hours on that game as a kid :)
It is a great game and it ignited my love of open world racers. It's still my favourite Burnout game but I can't deny the love for Takedown and Revenge too. I had the X360 version originally with all the dlc but this tome I've gotta wait for the PC version. Hopefully it won't be too much of a wait.
I was around 6 years old when this game came out!! I’m 19 now and this game will stick with me for life… me and my dad played the hell outta this game and I love those memories 💪
My favorite was always the Burnout Special Edition Van, because it was a boat, but the best boat ever for Road Rage. My favorite shortcut/memories is always, ALWAYS taking the railroad at the top of the map as a shortcut when it was on the way. It's just so ingrained in me.
The thing I'd wish is that first of Criterion gets the upper hand in developing again and secondly that they don't use normal car brands like BMW or Porsche or what ever, it just makes it more boring. Hope that they do it just like in Paradise City, a little switched off of the casual stuff nowadays.
I loved this game back in the day, so nostalgic, brings back alot of great memories, of playing online with friends, and winning across the map races with one of my favorite cars the Platinum Indycar, and trying to keep a x100 multiplier, even went through the game twice, to get the Elite licence again, cause my first save corrupted, that's how much i loved this game, and i'm glad to see that they went back and remastered it, this game really deserves it.
I remember when I played this game, I just drove for 2 hours wrong-way in the fastest car, without releasing nitro button, because reckless driving was refilling Nitro bar faster than I my rocket used it. It was so fun!
I Just Love that the remastered seems Like its exactly the Same graphics quality but in a Side by Side comparison u See the Upgrades. U Just didnt notice before cuz ur Nostalgia Filter turned the quality Up in ur memories...
Had it on 360 back in 2009ish so and been wanting to get the remaster since it came out so chuffed that its completly the same just graphics cleaned up and all dlc added woch i never got to play and all for £5 getin
sorry bro, i play both of them but Burnout Paradise it's just more fun to play. The Crew game physic is not as good as Burnout Paradise. but this is just my opinion though.
got the game in 2009, was 4 at the time. still play the game every day, and i still absolutely love it. Favorite car is the Carbon X12. crazy fast, great turning and drifting, and once its going fast its deadly.
I remember when i was a kid, i stayed up till morning just trying to finish 500 GT's burning route. It took me 29 restarts, either because i got stuck or because i didn't get in time
in my opinion this is one of the best games ever created it came out at a golden era of EA games like skate 3 and titan fall never the less it still lived up to expectation putting you through a thrilling map with some of the weirdest game mechanics that simply just worked incredibly also it had some of the coolest cars like the car from back to the future and the ghost busters car but I have to say my favourite part of the whole game was the construction site on surf island still to this day I can still remember 4 year old me crashing into billboards and this game will always have a place in my soul and i have never looked back at buying the remastered version.
I am not a huge fan of racing or racing sim type games ..i used to be when I was like 10yr old but not now . But recently i revisited this game ...dam !this blew my mind how fun it is . Without realising just drove endlessly across the map for straight 2 hours...
Burnout Revenge was one of my all time favorite games. Anyone who really liked Burnout Revenge can say something about how does this game keep up with it? Would a Revenge fan enjoy Paradise?
One of the best games ever (as you can see from my photo and tag, I am a huge fan of this game). Perfect mix of arcade and simulator. I was a huge fan of Burnout Revenge (especially the crash party mode) and bought this the day it came out. I still play it every weekend. A bit irritating that the challenge count (I had all 500) did not transfer over, nor did the time saver pack, where all cars were available at the onset. The good point to that is you have to earn them, learn the game, and really know Paradise City to win all 75+ cars. Sorry to gush on, but I LOVE THIS GAME! See you in Paradise.
The only thing that game needed was a shift from day to night. Carbon was good, but after you beat the missions, I found my self mad because I couldn't earn money from the maps I already beat.
I would absolutely get crazy if they announce a nfs mw remaster . Then with the burn out remaster ,most fo the old time gamer's dreams will be fulfilled.
its so fun. i got it in 7$ due to the winter holiday sale on origin, i've played the original since 9 years and its one of the first games i've ever played in my life. i love it. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED
Wish they would remake Burnout Revenge with the original tracks and everything. My favorite tracks to listen to while playing will ALWAYS be Fall Out Boy - Dance, Dance and Billy Talent - Red Flag. I miss games that are FUN!!!😔
kishona69 CAST OFF THE CRUTCH THAT KILLS THE PAIN; THE RED FLAG WAVIN NEVER MEANT THE SAME. THE KIDS OF TOMORROW DON’T NEED TODAY, WHEN THEY LIVE IN THE SINS OF YESTERDAY *sick ass drum fill*
It's been such a long time since I've played. I've been playing since I was like 5 years old and honestly at one point it was basically the only game I enjoyed at that time. My favourite car was like this aggression van car-thingy (it was overpowered)
I played the original and even the starter car was crazy if you got a highway. lol. When i figured out the remastered and multiplayer with no servers down, i was thrilled to know that i get to play my favourite games with my friends.
As a lifelong car buff, I loved some of the car models in this game! For me, Burnout's absence of licensed Marques proved to be an asset, as it allowed/forced an inspired creativity that resulted in some badass mash-ups. My two favorites were the Lambo Countach × Vector and the Lambo Miura × Lotus Europa. So sick. And as much as I love the beauty and biomes of Horizon 3, its map just doesn't have the personality of Paradise! It's more than just a Northern Cali vs Australian Outback thing--Paradise just felt more dense, varied, and meticulously detailed. You're crossing a smaller map but it feels like you're traveling through more places. In open-world terms, Paradise felt more like a Deus Ex map whereas Horizon lies closer to a Ghost Recon Wildlands. And, radio DJ notwithstanding, I love the overall presentation of Burnout Paradise. From the punchy graphic design to the cinematic camera angles, I'm so glad to see it all holds up to memory! This game just has so much going for it. Shouts out to Criterion, man! I still have my PS2 demo disc for Burnout1! 💓🍻
Burnout Paradise Remastered is one of the best arcade racing games I have ever played. First of all, the soundtrack is awesome and really fits along with the races. There is so much content in this game and so many game modes. Taking down the cars and going after the special vehicles are also so thrilling and satisfying. The races are also very unique, and I enjoy jumping off ramps and finding shortcuts. Excellent open world game and really makes you feel lost in the immersive world. Nice graphics, and this game gives me nostalgia because it reminds me of racing games from arcades. 10/10
dario HC holy shit I was thinking about it while scrolling comments and saw this!!!!! Damn it felt so awesome I really loved Blur!!!! Less than a year ago just stopped playing in local with my 3 younger siblings! Those times are gonna be gold for life! :’) if they remaster it it’d be a dream come true 💙
No shit! Why are they so lame? These are the best genre of games for me and i know I'm not alone on this. Why they dropped them is beyond me. I've been wishing they will wake up and continue them. Or at least redo them.
all i remember was hearing that amazing soundtrack, being in love with my ride, and then, INEVITABLY being catastrophically pissed off when i crash right before the finish line.
@@Lone432345 yyeaa, that was the one i always skipped to ngl haha, im just glad to see so many people here that loved and played this game, too i thought i there were much less that loved this game, glad to see i was wrong :D
@@Kyle_00 Nah i love this game. Once i get done with most of the challenges. I just delete my save and start all over again. A lot of times. I just drive around see how long a go without crashing.
This is the game that got me to start gaming in general. I use to hate video games but then I started playing this and it turned my thoughts around. I can't wait to get the remastered version back in 08 when I started playing I use to take the bucks up the side of bridges and sit there and drive on top of bridges for hours XD
No split screen means it's not a burnout game Jesus, how obnoxious are these kind of comments (yeah, the lack of split screen saddens me, but it's a great game as it has always been).
This game is perfect for me! No cops bothering you, you can speed however you want anywhere. Online is a masterpeice. I loved the takedown 4x4 as a truck. I could cruise around and not get a dent. The Road Rages were MY favourite events!
Scredge The amount of people I see complaining about exactely what you said. EA gives you an awesome nostalgic remastered burnout game and you all respond "naaaahg I wanted the other ooone"' What are you? 5?
Christopher Simon You are just on the hate train aren’t you? “As Long as it’s made by EA it sucks because they only do it for money.” But may I remind you back in the days EA gave us many games that were considered unbeatable. So they thought if they remastered burnout paradise (which is a game from the good days of EA) they could at least redeem themselves a bit.(And get some money that could be invested in newer burnout games).Just because EA messed up with loot boxes on battlefront 2 doesn’t mean you should not buy a game made by them. If you don’t like Burnout Paradise ,fine, don’t buy it. If you like a game made by EA, sure play it. Also if you miss the old burnout games ,Paradise has soundtracks from burnout 1,2 and 3. But that’s my opinion. It might suck.
EA killed the Burnout franchise when they bought the rights from Criterion Games. They have still not even made a sequel to Paradise. I highly recommend the earlier Burnout games if you haven't played them yet. Burnout fans aren't crying for nothing
A couple of points you did miss. First, the game is actually $5 if you own the original BOParadise on PC. Second, Remastered offers ALL of the DLC that was only available in the consoles, namely the Cops and Robbers pack, the Legendary Vehicles, and Big Surf Island were all console exclusive DLC. And those I believe cost about $12 ~ $15 each at the time of their release, so spending $40 for the whole complete package is a very worthwhile deal IMHO.
EA needs to remaster skate 3 or make a new skate game the new consoles lack any sort lf good skate boreding game. im pretty sure EA destroyed the team that made skate though so it will probably never happen.
The open world design is a double edged sword. On one hand, trying to find the fastest routes can be fun. But you really need to memorise the map in order to know where to go. Otherwise you are just relying on the mini map. Which has its own issues. The main one being you are looking at the map and not the road. And one bad move and you crash easily
I just revisited this game and man I'm not disappointed at all I got it on sale on the PS Store it's on sale by the way go buy it please it is definitely worth your time revisiting this game
Man..!! I played this game back in the days with the PS2 and GameCube and I had so much fun!! Played the heck out of these!! The first 3 Game Titles were the best for me and the most time and joy I had with Burnout 2 and 3! My most favorite car was the Supercar in Burnout 2 and damn it was such a great fun when me and my homie tried to challenge each other with new track records and stuff!! Or that feeling when you play a race full through in burnout mode and watching the replays!! :) Plus the nice feature with crash modes and police chasing modes, just so much pleasure!! Unfortunately I turned away from this game and with my PS4 I was never really convinced if I should touch the Paradise Remastered Version but watching your video definitely changed my mind! I'm still not sure what to think about the open world aspect but I guess sometimes you just have to try out new stuff..! Also the fact that you can now buy it for 5€ in the store makes it actually a no-brainer to be honest!! xD Great video mate, keep it up! Thanks for giving me back sweet memories and that little push! :D

Still waiting on a midnight club 3 dub edition remix remaster
bassblaster505 that one had the best mods like no lie
bassblaster505 Rockstar games wouldn't do it because of GTA V
What ever happened to Midnight Club 4? Such a shame.
Ty Sylicus music copyright scandal is what shutdown Midnight Club series
There's been rumors of some kind of Midnight Club remaster or reboot, but it's unclear exactly what it is
It's baffling why they didn't remaster Burnout 3: Takedown instead, since it's considered the best in the series by most people.
Fred Almeida exactly but it'd be more work since it's made for Xbox and ps2
Burnout 3 was the best one
Fred Almeida Unfortunately Paradise fits the business strategy better. Open worlds... It's the only game design that matters now.
Fred Almeida as good as it was. And it was so good. Burnout 4 revenge was amazing imo. Loved the destruction of traffic.
I'd have preferred 3 or Revenge, I liked Paradise but it felt like a step backward in a lot of ways.
“Fast travel”? Travel FASTER! (Lol, but I understand... it can be a chore to have to drive back to a Junk Yard or redo an event.)
Yes you can restart an event by pushing the ▶️ and you can technically use kind of use it as a fast travel to use it to restart an event that's on the other side of the map even if you already completed it and once you restart it just cancel the event and you'll stay were the event started
Its a chore to get platinum paintjobs
Sapheiorus also, you can exit to menu and get back to junkyard in a few seconds.
Those instances where you finish at the observatory and have to take a little time to get back down.
@@thedarklord3523 No it's not it's easy :D
Cruising at 300 mph with a sweet tune of Killswitch Engage My Curse. Life is good again.
slamming r1 until you get to that song is the real curse.
0utta S1TE Great tune.Hope that one day we will get a sequel with equally badass soundtrack.
Xedhadeaus 🤘
300mph?
Josef744 Hyperbole
You know you're old when you remember how Paradise Island was added later on, seeing the gates block the bridge to the island until it released. And of course DJ Atomika talking about the races and cars to smash to unlock. Games were so pure back then.
omg I remember that! and also playing the original 1.0 version at 9 with the arguably superior UI and crash/takedown visual style.
🎵Take me home to paradise city where the grass is green and the girls are pretty I want you to please take me home!!!🎵that was the jam.
And then suddenly....."HEY HEY YOU YOU"
Wait was it Home or down??
Mega Chopsticks ??? don't know bro
TAKE ME HOME!! YEAYEAAAAA
yes it was the jam...... 30 years ago! still is today.
The remastered version was everything I wanted and more. it was also dope to hear Dj Atomika on Crash FM ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyye
EA said the PC version is coming this year...
M. E. Is it different from the original on oc exept for dlc
id wait for the pc version buy then a xbox one controller and then play the hell outta that game.
whoops just brought the pc version thinking they'd just patch it only £2.83 and never played it so idc
M. E.
Origin version is good already, you can run that on these updates consoles too now, 4k!
Good title still, still do it from time to time
EVGA X58, DIESEL, old ads are still in the origin version now!
You still own old disks, origin key?
O called Origin support, all my old CD keys are in origin too now, bought all old NFS titles on Steam, some i have double now, love them all, still payable on 1080Ti level 4k builds.
I still play the original one
As soon as I saw this advertised I wanted to pick it up, got it yesterday and haven't been able to put it down. Such a great game but my favourite burnout of all time would probably be Burnout 3: Takedown, so many hours on that game as a kid :)
It is a great game and it ignited my love of open world racers. It's still my favourite Burnout game but I can't deny the love for Takedown and Revenge too. I had the X360 version originally with all the dlc but this tome I've gotta wait for the PC version. Hopefully it won't be too much of a wait.
Mine was takedowns
I was around 6 years old when this game came out!! I’m 19 now and this game will stick with me for life… me and my dad played the hell outta this game and I love those memories 💪
Bornout Revenge all the way :))
Niclas Hedler
You... I like you.
Burnout THREE all the way. Hands down.
Burnout revenge yessss
100% agree
Niclas Hedler revenge was awful
My favorite was always the Burnout Special Edition Van, because it was a boat, but the best boat ever for Road Rage. My favorite shortcut/memories is always, ALWAYS taking the railroad at the top of the map as a shortcut when it was on the way. It's just so ingrained in me.
Road rage was the best mode
I liked the citizen mainly cause it’s a free cop car
I love Road Rage, lots of fun!
I hear ya, got Criterion Elite several times. The game never gets old.
I hope they make skate 4
CactusTown black box is gone tho, unless they find a new studio that can develop it but yea skate is one of my favorite franchise
Keep waitin Bro
CactusTown same or even remastered wouldn’t be bad
If they tried they would probably ruin the series
Yeah it's tragic. Thps is dead after 5, and skates developer is no more. There really is no hope for skating games.
i really can say that this game is BETTER than any other racing game from its launch till today
How bout wreckfest ?
That's good to hear lol. Downloading it rn. Got sick of GT7
Even better than Mario Kart deluxe ?
I remember when I played this game, I just drove for 2 hours wrong-way in the fastest car, without releasing nitro button, because reckless driving was refilling Nitro bar faster than I my rocket used it. It was so fun!
I Just Love that the remastered seems Like its exactly the Same graphics quality but in a Side by Side comparison u See the Upgrades. U Just didnt notice before cuz ur Nostalgia Filter turned the quality Up in ur memories...
Who else is here because it’s £5 on xbox
saw it on the xbox market, instantly had to shit. which brought me to this video.
Alfie Young Yup, downloaded right away.
Yes but mine is on ps store for 10 euros
Haha, yeah I'm here because of that too
Had it on 360 back in 2009ish so and been wanting to get the remaster since it came out so chuffed that its completly the same just graphics cleaned up and all dlc added woch i never got to play and all for £5 getin
The airfield while playing with friends was so fun in the original, just all the jumps and drag races were super fun
take note ubisoft. This is how you do an open world arcade racing game.
hijous The Crew is a fun racing game though...
sorry bro, i play both of them but Burnout Paradise it's just more fun to play. The Crew game physic is not as good as Burnout Paradise. but this is just my opinion though.
hijous Understandable have a great day!
hijous They're completely different games..
+Mikey G yes, it is a different game.
got the game in 2009, was 4 at the time. still play the game every day, and i still absolutely love it. Favorite car is the Carbon X12. crazy fast, great turning and drifting, and once its going fast its deadly.
Dann you make me feel ancient, I was 12-13 when I got this
Should I buy a new console for the remaster of my favourite game?
M. E. Yes.
It depends. What console do you game on now?
Husker42c A PS3...
M. E. Get yourself a gaming pc or a ps4 or ps4 pro my dude
Ok then
I remember when i was a kid, i stayed up till morning just trying to finish 500 GT's burning route.
It took me 29 restarts, either because i got stuck or because i didn't get in time
I remember playing burnout on my psp back in the day.
Honestly the PSP was just the best thing ever
This is literally the game that convinced my parents to get me and my siblings a console when we were kids!!
I just want a burnout 3 remake. Exactly how it is. I still got it on ps2 and get it out every now and then. Road rage was just perfect
in my opinion this is one of the best games ever created it came out at a golden era of EA games like skate 3 and titan fall never the less it still lived up to expectation putting you through a thrilling map with some of the weirdest game mechanics that simply just worked incredibly also it had some of the coolest cars like the car from back to the future and the ghost busters car but I have to say my favourite part of the whole game was the construction site on surf island still to this day I can still remember 4 year old me crashing into billboards and this game will always have a place in my soul and i have never looked back at buying the remastered version.
This was truly an amazing game! It was FAR more social than most games today. I met alot of long time friends playing this game
I am not a huge fan of racing or racing sim type games ..i used to be when I was like 10yr old but not now .
But recently i revisited this game ...dam !this blew my mind how fun it is .
Without realising just drove endlessly across the map for straight 2 hours...
Burnout Paradise Remastered is the best game EA have relesed in a long time.
Still the best car racing ever ..Alice in chains "would and Jane's Addiction's "stop "on the playlist
FUEL needs a remaster.
And with proper multiplayer and custom races.
thats codemasters.
Or they could make a new burnout game...
With Burnout crates that contain Burnout cards...no thanks.
Frankie Bruan Fair enough
I think Stellar Entertainment (who did the remaster) are testing to see if Burnout is still popular.
Maybe not a new "Burnout" but at the very least this could inspire other developers to try and expand on this style of racing game.
They now make the Need for Speed games....
Roaming around on a bike and at taking turns at 100km/h is fun af
Need for Speed Most Wanted was my Burnout
Adrian X .. I love both. My 2 faves!
Ironic, NFS MW 2010 was literally Burnout beacuse Criterion did that game.
(I know you are talking about MW2005)
I was talking about the 2012 game
I played both. They're both amazing
The only thing that game needed was a shift from day to night. Carbon was good, but after you beat the missions, I found my self mad because I couldn't earn money from the maps I already beat.
Burnout Revenge was my favorite
Even tho this game is from 2008,it still beats many triple A launches we have nowadays
I want revenge remastered.
Joseph S-D it was for the 360
Parker Johnson so? Paradise was for that generation as well and that one got remastered
Joseph S-D Be happy that at least ONE burnout game got remastered. "But I wanted the other one". Stop crying
MATIC TRAVEN I'm not crying, I'm happy that they remastered this one. I just preferred burnout revenge.
Joseph S-D I get that, but of course they're gonna remaster the most popular first. But all the old fans just want revenge and takedown (no offence)
I would absolutely get crazy if they announce a nfs mw remaster . Then with the burn out remaster ,most fo the old time gamer's dreams will be fulfilled.
There is a mw remaster, it's amazing
its so fun. i got it in 7$ due to the winter holiday sale on origin, i've played the original since 9 years and its one of the first games i've ever played in my life. i love it. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED
The feeling of speed in the game is absolutely insane
Whenever I drive the P88 spec, it would feel like I'm going 500 mph.
Wish they would remake Burnout Revenge with the original tracks and everything. My favorite tracks to listen to while playing will ALWAYS be Fall Out Boy - Dance, Dance and Billy Talent - Red Flag. I miss games that are FUN!!!😔
Revenge without the Trafic check and it will be perfect :)
kishona69 CAST OFF THE CRUTCH THAT KILLS THE PAIN; THE RED FLAG WAVIN NEVER MEANT THE SAME. THE KIDS OF TOMORROW DON’T NEED TODAY, WHEN THEY LIVE IN THE SINS OF YESTERDAY *sick ass drum fill*
They already did because they were frist relesed on ps2 and then went to xbox360
Damn, after hearing those songs are in it, I wish I got to play it
Lemon Scented Damn I miss that road rage tune! 😎
It's been such a long time since I've played.
I've been playing since I was like 5 years old and honestly at one point it was basically the only game I enjoyed at that time. My favourite car was like this aggression van car-thingy (it was overpowered)
EA PLEASE MAKE SKATE 3 REMASTERED
Harris Vasilakis 2s my fav
It’s still fun the way it is
Yes! Please!
Black box died. Doubt a remaster as good as the original
nah SKATE 4!!!
This is literally my favorite racing game ever!
Mine had to be burnout revenge tho
I actually much prefer the crew on the PS4 and test drive unlimited
The servers are still online on ps3!!!
August 1st: The severs are getting shutdown.
DDM Gamer there were servers? I never knew! Like seriously, as a dumb kid, I had no idea there were servers!
it has avril levine..
Remaster BLUR !!!
dario HC holy shit I was thinking about it while scrolling comments and saw this!!!!! Damn it felt so awesome I really loved Blur!!!! Less than a year ago just stopped playing in local with my 3 younger siblings! Those times are gonna be gold for life! :’) if they remaster it it’d be a dream come true 💙
dario HC yes man that game was good
I played the whole game over 10 times
Me, too but with my friends! Awesome game.
Bro Activision made that so never gonna happen
Now all we need is NFL, NBA Street vol. 3 & Def jam fight for NY with online play
tommy foster wee need NBA street remastered
NBA street vol 2 was by far one of my fav games
No shit! Why are they so lame? These are the best genre of games for me and i know I'm not alone on this. Why they dropped them is beyond me. I've been wishing they will wake up and continue them. Or at least redo them.
Def jam fight for new york is what we really.need
all i remember was hearing that amazing soundtrack, being in love with my ride, and then, INEVITABLY being catastrophically pissed off when i crash right before the finish line.
Frankly i didn't care for its default soundtrack.Except for Paradise City by Guns and Roses. I would just play it with the GTA Vice City soundtrack.
@@Lone432345 duuuuude, MEEEE the multiplayer wasnt bad either it was kinda fun too
i kinda like that the game doesnt look THAT good. it gives it that old genuine feel
strange but this is true.
Rowan Helvensteijn yes
This is the game that got me to start gaming in general. I use to hate video games but then I started playing this and it turned my thoughts around. I can't wait to get the remastered version back in 08 when I started playing I use to take the bucks up the side of bridges and sit there and drive on top of bridges for hours XD
2024. Its on sale for just ~1.7€. I was gonna buy it anyways, but i needed more motivation, really nice review too👍
Split screen?
nope
ExploringAndMe there is party mode, but it doesn't include split screen
No split screen but it includes a “party” version you take turns with the controller to complete challenges
No split screen means it's not a burnout game
Jesus, how obnoxious are these kind of comments (yeah, the lack of split screen saddens me, but it's a great game as it has always been).
I wish :(
Still waiting for burnout revenge to be remastered
or takedown
Takedown is the best, that game was my childhood
This game is perfect for me! No cops bothering you, you can speed however you want anywhere. Online is a masterpeice. I loved the takedown 4x4 as a truck. I could cruise around and not get a dent. The Road Rages were MY favourite events!
Why no Burnout 3 Takedown Remastered though ._.
Burnout 3 needs a remake to meet today's standards, not just a remaster
I agree with MATIC TRAVEN. How dare you to have preferences?! You should play and pay whatever EA wants!
This game is better than every NFS game put together. Graphics, physics, cars, crashes, action, speed, NITROUS!!!!!,
101 owlman NFS and burnout are 2 totally different gameplay styles, you just can't compare them, still love both.
MrChrisker considering skate 3 was only made big because of pewdiepie and bugs I doubt they’ll make another
A Skate 3 remaster would be godly
Skate 2 was way better. They took away most of the good stuff
End Of Days skate 2 had a great story and map
Skate and Need For Speed games were made by Black Box. The studio that made my childhood was destroyed by EA like it wasn't nothing
I especially miss the GT Nighthawk and the 88 Special, which is the DeLorean time machine from Back to the Future
I wish it could actually fly though instead of just hovering above the ground
Burnout 3 Takedown is my favorite AND it has the best soundtrack
Also the fact that you can now buy it for 5€ in the store makes it actually a no-brainer to be honest!! xD
Great video mate, keep it up!
Thanks for giving me back sweet memories and that little push! :D
Just as I saw the notification for this video, I was wondering what they could have changed the head to.
I was not disappointed
Sameram IKR
I played the original and this unchained my heart when u saw the trailer and i rushed to my PS4 to preo order. The day i touched the CD all my memories hit me back and i felt young again. Please give this game a chance you will never regret 🙂
Got it a few weeks ago for Xbox 1. Spent way too long and got 100% back on the 360. The experience is nostalgic and perfect. Great Recap Video!
I remember playing the PS3 version as I could drive and not think about getting a driver’s license due to my epilepsy
aaaa the stupad rad car
Ive never played burnout paradise,id like to see burnout 3 remastered
i used to play this game soooo much back when i was a 10 year old or so, i just love the fast phased gameplay and whenever i hear paradise city, the first thing that comes to mind is this game
Good times
Ohhh good old Burnout had a 3 game box set for PS2 back in the day
My childhood....
Burnout 3 takedown
Who with me?
All the way
Exactly the game modes in the older one is what burnout was to me paradise Is just need for speed
All the way brother
All the way brother
Loved burnout as a kid, I remember I was only allowed to play games for two hours a day on Friday and Saturday and an hour on sunday, burnout was always my first pick. The sound track also gave me my first taste of hard rock and I love the game for that
I can't really tell that the graphics have been upgraded.
What quality are you watching the video on?
