The police officer happens to be over smart by twisting his tongue in either side. One way he is not answering the direct question "how long will it take him to come out with facts?" Upon this question neither he answered it directly nor did he explained what so far he has done about the investigation of evidences rather he is putting a blame upon the administrative authority by saying "nobody can dictate". These kinds of behavior should be screwed immediately for a better governance.
