    The most important thing to remember is that you are able to be introspective and find your way through with self-talk…….so many people are completely unable to look within. Bravo for your insight! You have the power to heal yourself! Believe it.

    Hey man. I think I subbed to you from a steely Dan cover ages ago but something compelled me to watch this vid. Salute for sharing this and well done on the perspective and understanding you’ve been able to gain. I’m a bit older than you but it sounds like we’ve had one or two similar experiences. I agree with you that it’s a good start to notice unhealthy thought patterns and check in with yourself for an honest audit of how you’re feeling. I also agree with you on the profound power of going for a walk in nature or hearing a beautiful song.
    No pressure and I know this is odd coming from a stranger on the Internet, but if you ever want to chat, pm me. I’ve done a lot of thinking on this topic for many years, and maybe we can compare notes. I have several things I’d like to say to you that don’t seem right to put in a comment. Peace

    I legit relate to about 90% of this. its really validating and affirming to hear someone talk about similar experiences. Ive been going to therapy A LOT and ive learned so much about myself that ive been stuffing away. Stay strong and keep fighting, we can break the trauma cycle 🙏
