I cant agree more. Seen this at least 50 times and I fall in love with it each & everytime. The music is so beautiful it continues to carry the mood of the characters long after its over. One of the best movies ever to me.

I love how Death knows nothing until death lives life and understands at the end that sacrifice is nothing to a mother or father and why parents give all and Death gets it and has a whole new appreciation for us as people
YES! thats what i thought too , its so intresting to see death seeing things and feeling them with a barrowed human body finite and mortal and fragile and sentimental , being in our side of the line , allowed death to understand people , as it experienced life with them , at the end death was very understanding and considerate cuz joe or death could have taken the girl he fell for but chose to give her the greatest gift from death which is life , and also death let Bill enjoy his birthday party and say goodbye to his daughters , it didnt rush him , it gave him time , preparation , asked if he is ready , comforted him on their way that it gonna be alright for a person like him , which i assume it meant a good person with morals and values and ethics dont have to fear death cuz theres something better waiting for them , god i wish death would be as gentle as "joe" with us .

May I express my gratitude for this extended song version. It truly has a place in my heart and soul for all time.
This soundtrack makes me think of all those I love, and those Ive lost.
This score is just unmatched. It can immediately bring a sense of calmness over me.

Incredible, isn’t it? This piece can make me feel I’m in so many places in life, past and present. We can’t escape the hell, the weight, the grain of life. But, we can create. We can listen to things like this that can trigger something in an instant that years of therapy may not touch. :)

Hello Patrick. Nice choice of themes to extend. Thomas Newman, the youngest son of film score composer Alfred Newman, has a very impressive list of films he has composed soundtrack music for. When "Meet Joe Black' was first released in cinema's I was so impressed with the soundtrack after watching the film, I went and bought the soundtrack CD for my collection. Good work by you as always.
