- It's Mango Season .. yayie !!!!!! My favourite curry - Mambazha Pulisseri !!! As Appachy cooked it and I watched , I understood how simple it is to cook this delicious dish that screams Kerala!!! If you can get your hands on some yummy tiny mangoes , now you can make it for yourself and enjoy this tasty tasty tasty curry!!!

Am from Alpy our mambazha pulissery recipe is like boil mangoes in lil bit of water along with green chilly and turmeric powder.then grind coconut+ cumin +garlic+salt as thick paste.add the paste into boiled mangoes .then slightly boil it .then add curd .curd and that above paste should be in same ratio.then add 1 spoon jaggery powder.then season it with coconut oil, mustard seeds ,fenugreek, lil bit red chilly pwder ,curry leaves,dried red chilly,small piece slicedginger....mambazhapulissery ready....
appachy just radiates warmth, it's so soothing to see her and listen to her talk !! and the way she looks on as you eat 🥺
Mango turmeric powder, a pinch of chilli powder [for colour] and salt ittu vevich thenga, jeerakam, 3-4 green chillies arakkuka last 1/2 glass curd arachathil itt whip cheyth cherkkuka pathayumbol flame off cheyyuka. Lakshmi that's the traditional way of doing it and no pressure cooking needed at all . Also much easier to make than what's shown in this video. Try it this way Ahaana. You may even like it better 😊

Mambazha pulussery normal pulussery ye kalum kurach thicker anu. So ithrem water venamenilla.. and instead of sugar add a piece of jaggery, it will be super yummy😊

Good vlog!! We use green chilly and jaggery!! Also we don’t use garlic and ginger!! Add a spoon ghee as well, it’s good!! Also we make it thick !!

Hi Ahana ,if u have law HB or haemoglobin ,law iron in ur blood the best thing is red meat like eating beef ,which is lean meat without fat ,or pork ,chicken fish or egg ,and also looks like ur eating white rice ,its best eating brown rice with thavedu ,kutthari in malayalam and in moderation as leafy vegs absorbs very law iron but meat has lots of absorbing capacity than greens,,,my doc advised me the same ,by the way I am Anu working in Australia ,,,,😘😘😘😘😘😘
