Developing "uke" skills (receiving, not blocking) to combine receiving and counter-striking in connected movements and looking to break the attackers balance and stance immediately.
This seminar is useful to karateka working on developing from "block and strike" type movements to more flowing combinations of the basic components of karate movements such as age-uke, soto-uke and gedanbarai.
