I recently ordered the supplies to revamp my backcountry and home first aid kits after the Connecticut WFA course. Last night I was looking for a good SOAP note template but had the same problem. I'll be looking forward to what you come up with

The nearest I have seen to Soap Notes is what what nurses start to fill out on Admission to A&E here in the UK. Don't recall coming across them when I was doing annual First Aid Training in the Army. That may have changed since I left. A brilliant idea as you could very easily miss an important detail if trying to repeat it to someone else if it is an extensive list of injuries.

Thanks Simon, I bet those nurses forms were at least in the SOAP format. While I have never done med stuff in the UK I bet there is a lot of carry over.

@@AdventureOtaku I would expect so as a few of our professions seem to work in a similar way.
