I loved mine for about 9 months but then I started to notice it was dying a lot quicker than I thought it should. After 10 months it was clear that the batteries were no longer taking a charge. I've never had a rechargeable product that failed so quickly. I'll probably just buy another Phillips. It still charges after 5 years.
Yeah mine died after almost 2 years. I thought it would last a lot longer

Hopefully yours still holds a charge. My only runs for about 2 minutes after 10 months. They use garbage batteries. I have a 5 year old Phillips that still holds a great charge.

I was wathing your 2 videos on this subject and I question, can you put the 4.0 guards in the 3.0? Sometimes i wish that my 3.0 had a longer guard but I dont want a new trimmer because the 3.0 is working fine
No I believe they are 2 separate guards that don’t work with each other
Not waterproof. The intiere inside of my trimmer was totally fried from waterdamage. The battery, motor and cirketboard. Sorry if the spelling is off.
There's really no such thing as something electronic being "water proof".
Ive had the 4.0 for 3 months and noe it isnt holding charge. Ive seen a lot of reviews about how this happened to others too. Seems theres a real problem with the batteries not holding charge after a few months (btw this is the first time ive had to charge it since the first initial charge)

the 3.0 is $15 less at Target, do you think the 4.0 is worth the extra cost? idc about travel mode, so aside from that is there a specific reason why the 4.0 is superior to the 3.0?
If you don’t need the travel lock then you would be just fine with the 3.0. I use it all the time at home

Nair from men; I'll deal with a low level 2 day burn and not shaving for a month over cutting and drawing scrotum blood any day.
If you see an ad for something, especially an ad that its all over the internet, expect to be a crap product sold for a premium price. Manscaped, Raycon, NordVPN, etc are all the same. Good products dont need such an aggressive marketing.

Does anyone know how to Charge 4.0
It sits on a docking holder and charges via a usb lead/plug the same way as a cordless electric toothbrush does, I guess using electromagnetism.
Mine quit working after 10-15 uses and they only offered 20% off their other terrible products. Plus, you will definitely draw blood with their products. Beware of their marketing, it's really good but their products are not.

Get the same results from a broken piece of glass and it’s cheaper. Don’t waste your money.
