If it freezes when you’re trying to place the lot, please WAIT for it, it will load after some time. It’s EA games and lot has a lot of objects. Place from the world and have some patience 👍🏻

Thank you 🙏🏻 I used a Tool Mod by Twisted Mexi. So unfortunately the objects outside you saw will not be placed with the lot in your game unless I share a safe file one day. There is an interesting software which is called CET-designer ... I think it may be useful for you too
That's lovely. Love the animation of things being built/put in place, such a neat effect, naming the techniques/things used so others can be inspired, and inventive camera movements
Some transitions/camera movements look slightly choppy though, like the initial establishing shots (0:21)? Unless I'm crazy
Thank you for your comment ^^ I mastered the effects you mention in many MANY hous (weeks actually lol). Yes, there are parts that could be choppy, unfortunately. Because of how Sims 4 Motion Camera works + i was trying to acheve the best quality and even my pretty good PC cant deal with it. Ive noticed that choosing 1440p60 resolution seems the most stable. 😊
@@cozynaomi You've probably considered a lot of different approaches already but is there a way to have few certain shots (like the big establishing one at the beginning) go slower in the software (Motion Camera?) and then artificially speed it back up to "normal speed" in editing?
@@snowfloofcathug You can adjust the motion speed but its a little troublesome to do it for each shot. Every time the distance is different between the shots motion changes speed as its same ammount of seconds for different distance. So sometimes i speed it up yes which also causes loss of frames sadly. Also, Sims 4 couldnt deal with my full build which affects motion. I have way to many objects on the lot.
@@snowfloofcathug Motion Camera is part of Sims 4 where you set scenes and transition between them. Which i record with Streamlabs. But sometimes the game wouldnt give me all the frames.
@@cozynaomi Yea I was only thinking for particularly heavy shots like the 0:21 one, weird it still loses frames. Either way it doesn't detract much from the video, most of it is really smooth and shows of the spectacular build splendidly. Can't wait to see another next year ;)

I believe you need to turn “bb.moveobjects on” cheat before placing. You should be able to do that from console. Also, have you tried placing it from the world? That could help as well. Hope it works 🙏🏻

Thank you! Practice makes perfect 🪴. It did take me longer that it than it should have because of custom furniture and too much attention to all the details 😅 are you asking about the build or a stop motion video?

@@Sam-bq3jh I've been thinking about makig a tutorial as well ^^. but still have things to learn tho. I added the apps i use in the description. Its qute comlicated process so will requre lots of homework for me to make it simple to undersatnd. I will surely make one in the future! ✌ You can check out Paszerine UA-cam channel. She has good totorials. I learned from her videos.

Thank you! I used a T.O.O.L mod. But only the trees in front are not in the build when you place it. At the time of building i wasn't aware it will not be saved in the gallery. I later moved most trees inside the lot.
