torpedo is insane.. but liren has better cannon and more powerful GL and better AA and 1 more missile. its better than bismark but less than liren.
Liren is still best cruiser,maybe you don't have torpedo but everything else is insane
Basically devs want to make copies of liren cruiser but cannon like bb

Nowadays in online matches 1 or 2 ships of enemy are equipped with anti Air Missles like S-500 or RIM and there annoying targeting My Aircrafts.
If its behind the pay wall i call it bad. Because plane can get the job done. And btw the aa is trash. Now machine gun base aa is terrible but missile base aa is busted.
This ship can do good damage but air defence is poor need improvement
