Commercial multistory buildings will typically locate their mechanical rooms at the penthouse level. These are areas that are loaded with all kinds of equipment, including water vessels for heating and air conditioning systems. At this location, the building was going to be the home of laboratories with complicated equipment that will have water, steam, and other liquids often stored in the penthouse level under pressure. This requires the floors to be waterproof. Our group specializes in coating these spaces, repairing cracks and making perimeter dams around these rooms. We install a robust coating system to contain water in the event that there is a breach of a vessel or the integrity of a pipe.
