As a Brit I totally understand your views. I too wouldn't go, the tourists are a pain in the butt, their children are even worse, pickpockets, but rarely caught as they are too clever, all over the place and crowds like that always smell. Its now obligatory to not only carry a smart phone, but a Costa Coffee as well.
You can tell by their ignorant attitude when looking at the MOD officer that they are lower class which is a shame ..not all lower class people are rude or ignorant with absolutely no manners. The parents are to blame..this looked like a stunt for attention.

Years ago there were hardly any tourists at this military base. Why do these beautiful horses & brave soldiers have to put up with the bombardment of scrutiny of people & their screaming kids. Many cannot understand or in fact cannot cope with being shouted at. They do not understand discipline. Nobody should be allowed to touch the horses.
That was an incredible shade of orange that lady achieved with her hair! I’m honestly impressed!🙀😹 Where were those girls chaperones in all this? Poor horse’s ears!🙉😾😻🐎❤️
Feel so sorry for these soldiers put on parade for people to gawk at. They are serious soldiers not a wax work display. Cancel this tradition it leaves the men and horses to open to abuse. Brenda
