Do the locals speak English at all?! I am supposed to visit it in a few months. Have heard they are rude towards South Asian people. Still can not figure out if its a good vacation destination..

I didn’t had any problem with the locals. I do speak German so I can’t tell you if they all speak English but normally Germans are good at English. I think it’s a good destination for a few days

@@pappuchak8605 if you are in Frankfurt and you want to venture out to another city I would suggest Mainz, it is only 40 minutes by train instead of 80 minutes to cologne and it’s the local train system not highspeed which means it’s far cheaper
