Not to mention that it's difficult to compare Kim Jung Il and Kim Jung Un on this very specific point since we knew less thing about Kim Jung Il than we know about his son and the way they rule NK. Of course, I agree that Kim Jung Un could have been better than he is today, even him acknowledged that in a speech two years ago. But since the nuclear weapons are a reason why the situation between NK and the UN is still complicated, he can't do miracles unfortunately. Not to mention that the situation in the country is better today than it was 11 years ago when Jung Il passed away, at least give that to Kim Jung Un. I totally agree that there's still a lot of things to do, and of course sanctions won't dissappear.
