Thanks for the set up video, Shay thoroughly enjoyed it! I hate that you’re dealing with that kind of thing at work, having been in corporate America in the past I totally get it. It can be frustrating to say the least. Praying for a fabulous 2025. ❤
Thanks for your kind words and prayers! I appreciate it! The workplace can be kind of difficult to maneuver at times. Didn't mean to go on a rant, but sometimes it's just nice to talk to my "friends" here in this community.
@ I was 100% relating with you! I didn’t think it was a rant, but sharing a piece of your current reality! We all experience things, and it’s so nice to share with one another! 🩷🩷🩷
Really enjoyed hanging out and planning with you, planner friend! I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with this unfair situation at work. I've experienced the same thing and it's very frustrating. I've tried being direct with supervisors but that hasn't always worked. I've found a little less direct approach by "mentioning" that I may need extra time to complete xxx because of extra tasks that were added to my plate has worked better. I've also gone directly to the co-worker but this hasn't always been helpful because someone that's okay with leaving their work for you doesn't usually care to improve. Hope things get better.
@@solascripturamjc9681 I agree. It's so hard, because I don't want to feel like I'm being insubordinate, but I feel that if I don't speak up, in some way, that the problem will continue. It happened again once we returned from the holidays. Same individuals involved. I have my annual review coming up, so I've been trying to make notes, and form a "respectable" response to the situation.
@@PlanadayshayI really feel for you and sorry it happened again, although I'm not surprised. In the last few years I've noticed more and more people not wanting to do their jobs, employees and supervisors alike...sigh....And you're right, if it's not addressed it will keep happening. I think you have a good plan and will come up with a good response during your review. I hope for the best for you. I look forward to a new video and I'm happy you're going to do more this year.❤
Great video! 💚
I'm glad you liked it!
