Alpine Coaster Imst, The world's Longest Alpine Roller-Coaster
Вставка
- Опубліковано 7 лют 2015
- The start of the speedy ride is directly next to the mid-terminal of Imster Bergbahnen lift at an altitude of 1,500m. A few metres into the course you’ll encounter the first surprises: Bumps, steep turns and unexpected twists await breathless riders. It gets even funnier: Especially the “jumps” with a drop of up to 6 metres are quite challenging!

Marvelous. Enjoyed watching that. Thank you for not adding irritating music to the video.
That has to be one of the most scenic and calming rides I've ever seen.
Now, THAT's "Dashing Through the Snow...."
Wow! I would ride that all day! as soon as I'd get to the bottom I'd be back on the skilift and back on it again!
That would be rather expensive.
1 ride = $15.78
3 rides = $41.92
10 rides = $135.62
Yep though the same thing xd
Three rides seems worth it.
@Katrina Li um posibile furry whyyyyyy
@@centuryrox cheaper than a pair of skis. i cant ski.
o.o Amazing views while hurtling down a mountain on a tea tray.
BazilRat You’ve just made my day!
This is a great video in that it is all natural - no gimmicky sounds or sights - with great surroundings and is F-A-S-T!
That was a long and scenic fun ride! Thanks
This should be a mode of transportation.
it is. we call them trains, trams and subways.

Where I live it’s only -6.7° c out side, So after watching about two minutes of this video I decided to restart it and open a window and watch the video while sitting in front the window.
It was awesome It kinda felt like I was actually on the roller coaster.
Absolutely beautiful ride....I love snowy mountains like this, best scenery on any ride!
I love this technique! Low to the ground and quick at the start. Beautiful scenery!!! Long , Beautiful, smooth and quiet!! Yahoo!!!
Great ride in a winter wonderland. I play this video on my 169 inch curved home theater screen with full sound in a motion sensing chair. I turn down the A/C to 50 degrees and have fans blowing on me for the closest effect of this ride without going there. I can "ride it" as often as I want, lol.
Never heard of a motion sensing chair. Probably take me 25 yrs to save for it.
Haha
Sure okay
I live there I can also ride it every day lol
wow such snow! have no seen such in india. thank you for sharing such views of the world, love to to experience through youtube the places i cannot be otherwise
I am in Canada in the great white north.
I would love to be in India where “LIFE” is EVERYWHERE...
I would love to taste your food and culture. Indians are all so colorful and musical.
amazing ride and beautuful scenery
An Austrian alpine coaster which is 2.19 miles long (world's longest). You ride a ski lift to get to the starting point so it's all downhill.
Thank you for putting this up.
Wow so beautiful place amazing
Thanks for sharing this beautiful post ❤🙏
I'm so grateful 🙏
Wow !!! Awesome ride !! 🤗🤗🤗
I'd love to see a coaster plow new snow off the track.
Other than being head mounted. I prefer chest for smoother viewing. This was near perfect viewing. The sounds satisfying as hell.
Looks like the longest and most fun anyone could have. Thanks!
It looks like a fun ride especially in the snow. When I think of an alpine coaster I think of one surrounded by snow. It's not the longest, however. That would be the Tobotronc in Andorra with a 17,400 ft track. It's in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Now that has to be value for money whatever the cost.
underwaterbubbles i live in Imst it costs 6€

Not surprised. Many Americans think the world revolves around the USA. Typical arrogant way of thinking.
@@2manyspruces no, the whole world doesn't rotate around America just the parts of the free world do.
I kept thinking the yeti from SkiFree would eventually come out running from the woods

I hated that damn yeti. And about 80%of the internet won't know what you're talking about. Damn millennials and whatever generation came after them.

Eine schöne Fahrt! Schön gefilmt auch. Danke sehr!
all that kinetic energy!!!
note to self... add this to bucket-list. very cool ride, must have cost quite a bit to build, and kudos to the engineers who designed it with all those terrain and elevation variables must have been a nightmare
Thanks for sharing that with us°°
over 5 minutes of mind blasting fun. Thanks for the video.
That was fun! Thanks for sharing!
damn, that's a long ride, great!
Just an FYI:
Calculating length of track against the time stamp in the video from when you started the run, to the finish line:
You were averaging 25.22 miles per hour (40.59 k/hr).
Pretty darn fast!
IKRr
This is fun. It's even more fun at 1.5 x the normal speed! 😀👍
This is FANTASTIC!! I'd love to do this but will never get the chance so thank you so much for sharing 👍👍
Very nice video and fun to watch. Have a nice day.
Omg I love this!! It's an absolutely brilliant idea!
So cool thanks for sharing!
How do they get the little cars back up to the top?
Awesome. 3.5 kms of cool, quiet peace.
Great video. Thanks for posting this. Have a nice day.
Wow that was so cool, I loved it, thanks for sharing
thank you for the ride, that was great
great videos! i love riding these rides like this!!!
Very scenic...love it
That's on my bucket list!
I just subbed. That is a very long beautiful ride.
Looks like fun and I like that it's fast but not high off the ground...it's counterpart is the Great Smokey Mountains roller coaster also featured on UA-cam.
That was awesome!! Thank you!!
Omg...that's an incredible ride!
Awesome coaster in snow!! Rollercoasters shut down here in winter snow
I LOVE THIS....VERY SCENIC !!!
That was pleasant, real smooth and quite. The one we have a Heavenly sound like a heavy ass train on worn out track's.
Khub valo vai
Beautiful ride. I bet the wind chill is brutal though.
So awesome in the snow
Good Footage.
Oh I wouldn’t have the guts!!!! My son is dying to try this!!! Looks cold and fast 😯
This looks so fun!!!
Nice seeing the ride in the winter with snow on the ground.
At least this one uses a ski lift. Most of the alpine coasters I have seen have a 7 minute loud lift hill in with not much good to look at on the way up
Fun!! Seems like it went on for long time!
I love how quiet it is.
large monitor, (tv) four bose speakers, playing Carol of the Bells, epic, look it up,, play it loud while watching this.
Wait til you get to the part with the vertical loop, it looks awesome!
Wow, very cool.
Wow!!! Fantastisch!!!
I wanna see snow ❄️ and bloody go on that ride
Let's eat Grandpa I grew up in a state we’re we saw at least three feet ever winter. Then we moved here to Washington it rains too much and NO SNOW beyond the rare Heavy Storm. 1996 we got 3.5 Feet in a series of storms. Hasn’t frigging snowed more than inch or two since. I really miss Snow.
that looks so much fun
Perfect with one exception the audio is too low. Otherwise I think this might be my fav alpine footage.
Yeah #awesome looks like fun 🎉
Phenomenal. How bad I want to ride this !!!!
Divine ⭐⭐⭐
Until now i did`t know , that Imst opens in winter .
This scenario definetly has "007 - For your eyes only" - Vibes.......
🙂
Awesome video ! :)
vielen dank fürs filmen und hoch laden wenn man daheim sitzt und selbst grad nich fahren kann sehr erfrischend vor allem da es im schnee is was hier in der gegend leider selten is
A winter roller coaster...Awesome....
super very nice.
Amazing
Hey, what’d you do this weekend-
Oh! Nothin’ much, just watched videos of people having lives while I lack in one.
You never made any audible noise. I would have been screaming my head off. You rule.
That has to be the worlds longest roller coaster in running time and length
Nice video. How do they get the carts back up the hill for the next ride?
Oh my this ride is long as hell
kei bedankt
Like sledding down with a high-tech touch of rail with length to boot!
I'm scared of extreme roller coaster but this looks like something I would enjoy. I wish I can found one on my country
Would have seen a bit more but mammary mountain was along for the ride!
THAT is bad-ass.
nice!
All that track must have cost a fortune.
Nice.
綺麗な景色ですね
I wonder how they get the cars back up to the top?
May I use this footage in a video I'm making on the world's longest alpine coasters? I will give your channel full credit in a subtitle.
A TPC appears
Yep go ahead
Cold🥶
7 minutes of ride time , that’s insane
I wish that was how I got to work and the ski lift back.
How much does it cost to ride this? I was thinking this would be quite the cool way to commute to work in the morning and a better pick-me-up than a cup of coffee.
A+
that's cool
